TOBU Boba Tea & Milkshakes

I got a jasmine green tea with rose pops! Love the unusual option. Only thing is their pops have maybe slightly tougher outsides than the norm, but definitely didn't ruin it for me.

Ordered a strawberry milk on ice with strawberry boba. Lots of wasted potential here. The gentleman taking my order was playing on his phone during and after taking my order. He assumed that I knew what I was ordering and I had to ask for his recommendation. The countertops needed some cleaning. It was a little dirty. The lady behind the counter was friendly, smiled and said hello. The drink was good, but if my daughter didn't want one of these drinks, I don't think I would have ever ordered anything from this place.

love this place! i normally get the iced mocha with coffee jelly and i 100% recommend it. one thing i would love to see here in the future is more toppings (cheese foam, pudding, more jelly flavors) and an option to get fruity tea along with the blended and milk teas!

Waited in line behind someone who was an obvious friend of the person working the counter.
Tried to place an order but was told they are out of Boba. No worries, I didn't want anything with boba. It was 20 til 8 but I was informed they're closing early.
Not great customer service customer with the price of the products? Not a place I'll be frequenting again.

Great service quick service some employees have great memory of returning costumers. I typically read through reviews of places i claim for favorites and its sad to see not very thought through comments of hate for this place. Would always come back *Coffee with Coffee jelly*

I was so excited for a boba shop in the mall the first 2 drinks Iv ordered here were my absolute favorite. Ever since than its been under soaked pearls which weren’t at all soft and chewy. So 10$ for a large sup of sweetened milk with crispy/hard pearls :(

If I could give 100 stars I would! They’re amazing. The drinks taste sooo good. They offer oat milk which is my favorite and the brown sugar jellies are amazing. The staff is super sweet! This is my go to place when going to the mall.

Not as good as the bubble tea I’ve had before. Girl behind counter had no idea what is good and couldn’t offer suggestions. Straws are too small so the pops don’t come up. Those brown sugar jellies are disgusting. Overall I give it a thumbs down.

I am so excited that Paducah has boba tea now! I never make it to ECT since it is on the other side of town. You can watch them make your tea right in front of you. The guy was nice as well. Can't wait to be back and bring my daughter!
