Luna's Coffee, Wine, and Butterfly Cafe

Neat place with great food and friendly staff! The chicken salad croissant was amazing. We also recommend the flavored teas and blueberry lemonade. They also do fun events, such as trivia, throughout the week.

Always great food and coffee in an eclectic environment. Fun to watch the butterflies in the summer.

Went here for breakfast for the first time after working a night shift with my s/o. We were so pleasantly surprised with the food, drinks, and service. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating and even let us order something that wasn't on the menu for that day just to be nice. The cocktails were great. We left in a better mood than we came in. We will definitely be back - thank you so much for the great meal and experience - just what we needed after a long shift!

This is turning out to be a fun place to go and just have a minute... quietly toned down.
Love the ambience, the people there are very friendly and nice and down to earth and butterfly Sanctuary is an added bonus. Recommended A+ Plus

The food was good and nicely portioned, and the decor is very cute. It's a fun experience! I love that it's so close to me, too. Everyone was extremely nice, excellent customer service. I would like to see other sides offered (maybe a small side salad?), but the chips were fine.

The only big drawback for me is that I saw only one employee wearing a mask (under her nose but still), and she was in the back. As much as I enjoyed the food and experience, I'll hold off on going back until the Delta variant is under control or everyone masks up. I'm used to Lexington, I guess, where at least employees mask up and many customers do, as well.

We might do takeout, maybe, but the draw really is the atmosphere. When things are under control, this will be the first place I go for wine and charcuterie.

This cafe is so cute! They have enclosures with caterpillars and moths at the front and were very good about explaining the lifecycle process to kids and other guests. The food was excellent- very nice mix of salads, sandwiches and other light lunch/ brunch fare. Our group tried the roast beef sandwich, grilled cheese with tomato soup and the daily quiche (goat cheese and arugula) and everything was great. We will definitely be back!

Delicious food, and beautiful atmosphere! I had the artisan grilled cheese, from the lunch menu, and stopped in again a few days later for some breakfast, and both meals were incredible. They always have vegetarian options available, which I love. The staff are all friendly and prices are fair! So glad to have Luna's close to home! Will be back!
P.S. try the lavender lemonade!

Luna’s has the best lunch combo in Kentucky! I get the Claire de Luna combo with a turkey club & tomato basil soup. I love their coffee as well! Staff is always friendly and the atmosphere is lively and bright. 🥰

So glad there's a place like this in Nicholasville now! I've been seeing people tag Luna's in social media posts and have been waiting for a chance to get back to Kentucky to come. Really enjoy the fresh ingredients and atmosphere. The berry and brie grilled cheese is excellent! Will have to come and try more dishes.
