Great little place. Fiesta eggs were a treat even for a Texan raised on Tex-Mex.

No exaggerating, I go to the Fuzzy Duck and Coffee Tree Books, on a weekly basis, at least and they never disappoint. The food is delicious, and the coffee is a spiritual experience. The book store, in the back, is stocked with a wide array of book that any demographic could relate to. There's a cup of coffee and a book with your name on them at this wondrous place.

It would be impossible to beat this cafe and bookstore anywhere in Morehead, and it could hold its head high almost anywhere in America. The coffee is good, the atmosphere is welcoming and calm, and the food is appealing enough to make my teenagers ask to visit anytime we're in town. The local goods and bookstore will give you plenty to peruse while you sip your java. The service at the cafe is prompt and courteous, and the bookstore staff is not just there to ring the cash register; many of them know their literature (and inventory) really well, and can provide recommendations to suit every challenge I've ever thrown at them.

The Fuzzy Duck is the best locally owned coffee shop in Eastern Kentucky. Great food, vegetarian friendly and with a chic atmosphere, fast and friendly service. Grab you a new book at Coffeetreebooks and sit down and read it in the window or out on the terrace. Occasional live music and poetry/bookreadings. Highly suggested.

Far better than Starbucks any day of the week. A cool casual joint for college kids to hang out in the back and get some fairly priced coffee and amazing food while supporting local businesses all at the same time! There's nothing better than a local coffee shop and nothing better than the Duck.

I LOVE the mango smoothies and the breakfast bread slices! Great service too!

Best Coffee in town, which probably isn't really saying much considering they are the only coffee shop, but think twice before ordering pastries. The one time I ordered a cinnamon roll, it could have been used as a hockey puck 🏒. I swear the same one had been in the case for at lease three weeks. There was also a dead fly in the rim of the covered cookie platter. We mentioned it to the cashier, ordered our coffee, sat down drank coffee, talked for a while and as we left noticed the fly had not beem removed.

This is an eclectic gathering place. It's a bookstore with teas of all kinds, coffees, pasteries, breakfasts, lunches, sweet treats-It's all here, along with a delightful gifts for that special person. And, not to be overlooked, beautiful yarns and knitting and crocheting tools. Oh, also watch for special speakers, and entertainers who visit often and are free! There is an occasional open mic night for those who want to share their talents before a live and receptive audience. I would give it a full five stars if they offerred more organic, sugar/sweetener free food items.

Lovely little establishment. Good food and drinks up front, and an adorable book store.
