Sunergos Coffee

There are 800 volatile compounds within the coffee bean that contribute to its wonderful aroma and taste. When coffee is over roasted the roast profile over takes the varietal profile of the bean thus compromising the quality. Each bean coming from the many different areas they are grown should taste different. Of all the coffee in Louisville this is by far the best there is. Their roaster is a master roaster . His coffee roasting transcends the common mundane futility most suffer from and enters into pure art. I am absolutely convinced this is the best coffee Kentucky. If you love great coffee I heartily recommend it.

This coffee is the rocket fuel of coffees and taste like it's heaven sent. I will drive clear across town for this locally owned wonderful cup.

Not the fan of their lattes or mochas, but their chai lattes are good! Staff is always friendly. Always a random assortment of furniture which provides an interesting atmosphere that’s unique if you enjoy that sort of environment. Not necessarily my cup of tea

Coffee is really good.. . with that being said I don't think I should have to smell someone's cologne or body spray everytime I take a drink of my coffee one of the employees had way to much of it on and it was all over my cup.......I am allergic to 99.0% of colognes and Brady spray's so I won't be able to go back

Best place i go for my coffee.

This place got me into coffee. The smell of the fresh beans combines with a lovely atmosphere and welcomes you in. They sell fresh roasted beans and quality coffee unlike anything i have ever tasted. The prices are the same as most big name companies and you will be getting a much better product. You can also see their micro-roastery in the back which is super fun to watch. I have come here on trips with my family, first dates, days with friends or when i just wanna get some work done in a nice atmosphere. There isn't a single coffee house in Louisville with so much soul.

Absolutely love this place. I order pretty much the same thing when I am in town. Red eye and a blueberry tea! Both are unbeatable

Cute place, the service is fine, prices are normal...but my almond milk mocha latte tasted exactly like a completely burned to ash campfire marshmallow. I couldn't even drink half of it.
