Glow Worm Play Cafe

This is such a fun place for both kids and parents to enjoy themselves. Love the play area, love the cafe, love the retail options. It’s just a slice of sweetness over there.

We love Glow Worm!! My toddler always has a blast and the everything bagel scone is my favorite item in their bakery! Can’t recommend enough.

Having twin toddlers naturally comes with challenges but one of the biggest and most unexpected ones was trying to find places to take them to play! Glow Worm offers a safe play environment that's focus is on infants and toddlers. I was delighted when the opening was announced and we enjoyed our first visit immensely! My son and daughter are 14 months and loves the shopping carts, enclosed baby area, and EZ play set that they slid down. My 8 year old loved the hot chocolate and the vanilla latte was delicious. I was also thrilled to see a nursing area available! They are rare and it's such a nice surprise when places are considerate and offer comfortable areas to feed your baby. All in all we will be frequenting Glow Worm often and are thrilled about it's addition in the community!

I love this place! My children have such a great time whenever we visit. The staff is so friendly and caring. The retail has a lot of cute choices and the treats offered at the cafe are delicious! It’s such a warm and welcoming environment. My children are able to have fun and play in a safe place. I wish there were places like this when I had my first child but my kids love it now and so do I!

What a fun 2 hours. Lots of things for the little ones to do and climb on. Very pretty decor and there is a coffee shop and retail area. I enjoyed a latte while the little one burned some energy. I predict this is going to be a neighborhood gem, especially for the cold months.

Can I move in? My kids adore Glow Worm and I am far past loving it...I NEED it. The relief and comfort I feel when I crawl into the giant cozy booths with my delicious coffee and open my laptop to get some work done (yes, my kids actually leave me alone long enough to accomplish a few tasks) while my kids exhaust themselves with the toys is palpable. Are there are a few toys at Glow Worm that we also have at our home? Yes - but the crucial difference is that my kids actually play with the toys at Glow Worm whereas they collect dust at my house. That is the magic of this place...it's a different environment than our home and there are always other kids to play with. I am so glad that Louisville has Glow Worm - it helped me survive the summer with no school and it'll be our haven in the winter when it's too cold for a playground. Go see for yourself!

Love glow worm and so does my little! Their little cafe is full of nutritious snacks that are homemade and delicious and there are tons of options for the kids to choose from for play time. We love scheduling play dates here! And i am so thankful that there is somewhere through the pandemic that we can feel safe sending our kids since they require masking. Thank you Glow Worm Cafe for being wonderful!!!

Great idea! Kids play in a safe, enclosed area while parents are free to have conversations and relax as much as you can with a child. The espresso is wonderful and the baked good were pretty good too. We really enjoyed ourselves and our toddler had a blast!

Perfect place to enjoy coffee and let kids play. There is parking lot in the back. Plenty of toys for various ages. Will definitely come back.
