Einstein Bros. Bagels

Lovely place to eat. They provide delicious food and excellent service at the reasonable price. The staff was amiable and helpful. I love this place. I'll definitely come back here.

Horrible service, rude staff

I made an order for einsteins yesterday and after waiting 20 in line I was told they did not have the type of bread I wanted (multigrain) so they said they cancelled the order. I asked if they could make it with a different type of bread and they told me I would have to submit another order. I said no thank you because I would not have another 20 minutes to wait for another order and left for class to take a test on an EMPTY STOMACH which was incredibly distracting.

Who manages this place and why do they only have one bagel toaster when 90% of their sales need to go through it?

They could be exponentially more productive if this was addressed and it’s hard to image why it hasn’t been fixed already.

Terrible service. Ordered a sandwich 35 minutes before closing and watched over the course of 20 minutes as they closed up the shop in front of me. They had forgotten my order.

As someone who is very familiar with Einstein Bagels I can tell you: this location is a joke. In the Humanities building - U Louisville campus. Oven broken, no hot sandwiches and clueless folks behind the counter. New owners of the Einstein Bagels chain need to get with it! Sandwich was less than OK.

My experiences here have been pretty cringe.

The service is very slow, but the bagels are amazing and the coffee is great. I definitely recommend it, but not if you're in a hurry .

Super good food & workers are nice, but don’t go here if you’re in a rush lol
