Dad's Coffee

I’ve come here a few times for coffee and I am really digging Dad’s coffee! Everyone I’ve interacted with here is friendly and conversational, and I love the vibe of this cute little coffee shop. They have an assortment of pastries, like donuts from North Lime (they have gluten free ones on Saturday’s!) and no bake bars from Payne Street Bakery. I feel like their prices are good for the quality of coffee you get - they use a blend made for them specifically by Quill’s coffee. Overall, I love coming here and supporting this loca coffee shop!

Cozy place for a cup of joe. Got a cup of their special, King Slayer or something like that 😀. Presentation was excellent, temp was perfect, not too sweet, price was decent. Locals seem to like it and end up becoming regulars. Definitely recommend you stop in.

Gem of a coffee shop! Bakery items were amazing too. Also love that there’s high chairs available. This is one of the only coffee shops in the area I feel comfortable taking my toddler.

Awesome new coffee shop! My wife and I took our 3 little ones on a Saturday morning. I got a regular coffee, my wife got a vanilla latte, and we got a couple of treats for everyone to share. The coffee was great, the service was fast, and the staff was friendly. The shop itself is really cool and clean. The location is awesome, especially since the Heine Brothers closed!

Awesome coffee shop in a great location. We need more Dad’s Coffees around Louisville! Customer service was great, coffee was top notch. I would recommend the merchandise as well. Quality pocket-tee that’s preshrunk so was able to get a size I know will fit. I’ll be a repeat customer.

This is a new local favorite for me! Not only is the coffee great but the baristas are extremely pleasant and conversational. Plus they outsource their pastries from Payne St, North Lime, and The Pocket Bakery, and get their beans roasted by Quills- a bonus by supporting other local businesses. This is a great addition to the Highlands!

Probably one of the best mocha latte’s I’ve ever had! The baristas here really know what they’re doing. On top of serving delicious drinks, the staff is always very welcoming and the place is so cozy and inviting. Great spot :)

Friendly service, nice coffee (we had a chocolate chip scone too—very tasty!), and absolutely lovely atmosphere.

Excellent neighborhood spot! My go-to is decaf Americano, which can be hit or miss at some coffee shops, and theirs has been great every time. Do yourself a favor - grab a coffee, a chocolate chip cookie or oatmeal cream sandwich, and enjoy time in the adorable space.

Lovely coffee, kind humans, and delicious treats. Just a gem of a place. The Highlands is lucky to have Dad’s Coffee.
