Very good food here. Biscuits and gravy, pulled pork, chicken and dumplings- some of my favorites. Excellent pastries. Also, excellent prices. Friendly staff and, although I am not religious, I appreciate what they are trying to do for the Portland communitu.

A peaceful place and the food is great .

This is a great place with great spiritual atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and lots of variety. I love to hang out there to meet with friends.

Good food, great coffees, friendly employees. The atmosphere is a bit preachy, so as someone thats non religious it was a bit uncomfortable. I'll be going again, but probably just getting takout.

Had the turkey and bacon sandwich. Delicious and affordable for these days. I wasn't gonna try it bc of it's location but we'll worth it

Lunch was inexpensive and delicious. Had a meatloaf plate +2 sides for around $5. Meatloaf was homemade and tasted exquisite. I did not have dessert but the cakes in the cooler display looked beautiful. Very kind staff.

Recommended by dentist because I needed to eat soup. Black bean was the soup of the day. I told them that my dentist had recommended the potato soup. She went to the back and they got me a cup to go with a hot ham and cheese.....going back. Great place.

They have fast, friendly service; delicious desserts; a variety of lunch menu items; and a kind, inviting atmosphere. I would recommend that anyone in the area during their business hours should find some time to pay them a visit. You won't be disappointed!

I absolutely LOVE this place! It really is a hidden treasure in Portland. The staff are so courteous and welcoming, the prices are unbelievable and they help out people in need- what is better than that?! And personally I love that there is no WiFi, it allows you to actually interact with one another.
Side note- Try the honeybee!!

I really missed them when they were closed, and even more through the holidays. Great food made and served by a loving family
Welcome back.
