Love is Real Wellness cafe is simply AMAZING!!! Some know them for their coffee, some from their meal replacement shakes. No matter what you get here, you’re in for a treat. You would have no idea that so much on their menu has no added sugar. I’ve been lucky enough to know one of the owners for years and I can’t possibly describe their passion in words. This place truly has a family atmosphere the moment you walk through the door, and they are incredibly informed about what is in their product. I cannot recommend enough!!!

It’s a cold, snowy October day in London and there’s no other place I’d rather stop in before work than Love is Real Wellness Cafe! Highly recommend the Hot Maple Pancake Latte or a Salted Caramel Shaken Espresso if you want something iced! Can’t recommend their protein shakes enough! My go to is the White Chocolate PB Shake! Amazing owners, staff, and atmosphere. Love, love, love this cafe!!

This is my all time favorite coffee place! The staff is friendly and engaging. The atmosphere is very simple, natural, and modern rustic. And the coffee, shakes, and yogurts are all incredible! Everything I’ve tried has been delicious. I get my caffeine, or meal replacement shake with all the amazing flavors, but without the guilt. If you are looking for a place to get your coffee without all the sugar, this is it! Plus supporting small business makes my heart happy. Also, super conveniently located right behind the Walmart in London. One minute from the interstate!

Do yourself a favor skip the chain coffee shops and try this place. You will be greeted with a friendly smile and treated to some of the best hot or cold coffee drinks in London. They also have healthy shakes and yogurts that are awesome. I have tried several on their menu and it’s difficult to pick a favorite though I am leaning towards the Caramel Macchiato’s which are simply fantastic. These guys have perfected their craft and deliver a simply superior product.

Love is Real Wellness is the best places I have ever been. The staff that work at the shop are great, and knowledgeable about everything they serve. They make the best coffee, yogurt bowls, and shakes that I have ever had. If you want to support local shops and have a good conversation this is the place for you. I can't recommend this place enough. They have added baked goods and best word I can use is amazingly perfect, go give this place a try you will not regret it.

The Protein shakes are wonderful and they don’t taste “healthy” at all, lol. The chocolate covered strawberry has been my favorite so far. The staff are very friendly and the shop is a very comfortable place to relax and enjoy your drink. It’s a wonderful hidden gem in London.

If you want a personalized cafe experience, this is it. Adam & Alan understand that one size does not fit all. Everyone has individual needs and dietary concerns and Love Is Real Wellness Cafe is the place to go if you want an in house, specially crafted coffee or espresso, shakes or yogurt bowls. They are also transparent about the nutritional facts of their menu items.

Best coffee around! The meal replacement shakes are delicious!! You would never know they are healthy. My favorite is the banana pudding shake. Great food and great people!!

I can’t recommend this place strongly enough. Their cold brew The Local (made with local honey and vanilla) is literally the best cold brew drink I have ever tasted. There hasn’t been a single drink from there I’ve tried that hasn’t been excellent, whether it was their base coffee, cold brew, shakes. It’s all great. The owners are also some of the best, kindest, most caring people you will ever meet. There’s simply no better place in London to stop by, whether it’s for a quick coffee to go or for some relaxing downtime with a drink.

Love Is Real is the real deal! The service is top notch and friendly and the drinks and treats are delicious. This locally owned shop is a delight.
