Never will use this company again. Drove 2 hours took them my machine thinking it be done quicker. Told me 2 weeks and it was nearly 5 weeks and then told me nothing is wrong with it. It was leaking out the bottom and not pulling consistent equal shots. Not to mention they didn’t even call me like they was suppose too when they was done with it. I had to call about 4 times.

Never used this company and never will . Came to say the way these people drive is beyond ridiculous.. going 90 in a 55 is CRAZY . Wonder how those drinks taste when they arise anywhere … seems like I’m not the only one noticing lol

I’ve never had your coffee but I know your employees drive like idiots. Passed me doing 80+ in a 55 on the freeway. Both your silver F-150 and your little van. Speeding and tailgating in a company rig isn’t that bright with your name all over the van.

Don’t waste your time or money. The guy who was helping me was rude and difficult to contact. I paid him $120 for a routine service for my espresso machine and now it won’t even pull a decent shot of espresso. You’re better off taking your business elsewhere.

Amazing service! I called after business hours In desperate need for a part and they were able to get it to me and deliver themselves the very next day. I’m new at ordering espresso machine parts and they were extremely helpful, answering all questions I had. Great customer service and amazing staff! They have Drip coffee’s business from here on out! Whoa what a terrible experience... Called to see if they serviced a certain machine and they did, Awesome! Spoke to the man on the phone for approximately 20 seconds and told him generally that I just wanted to see if I brought it in they had the ability to charge with freon. Told me to call Bunn tech support and hung up the phone.

Ok so I was surprised to look at a company I've done business with for 8 plus years and see three bad reviews and only one good. So I thought I would give my review for what it's worth.

I work for a private company that has a NICE bistro with an espresso machine. We've had two machines since opening our bistro.

The first machine had issues and we had the service solutions group in Lville KY out multiple times. Many techs came out and only one of those guys did I really like. But guess how much Service Solution group charges $80 bucks an hour! That's salty. So eventually I came across the Espresso medic. I met the owner when it was just him by himself at the company. Over the years I gotten to know him and I appreciate his service and helping us out. I've watched his business grow over the years. I've also talked with Franke Techs and they all like Espresso Medic and recommend him.

What I have realized with these espresso machines is they are complicated. You need to set your expectations realistically and realize that all businesses can't offer an Amazon prime service haha. But I think that if you will give the espresso medics a chance, they will solve your problem.

The negative reviews don't really sound like they had much experience with the Espresso medic company.

What an unbelievably horrible experience I had at Espresso Medic today. As I approached the door with my notebook that had the details of a few coffee machines and an espresso machine that I inherited and wanted to see if they were in good condition. My intentions were to donate have repairs made and donate them to a non-profit.

As I approached the door, a gentlemen sitting at a desk rudely yelled at me that he was busy and not interested. I thought the idea of being in business was to be interested in possible customers. But, I guess he was so busy he didn't need the money or future revenue I was going to provide.

Thanks for giving me such a wonderful reminder to keep my mouth shut before assuming anything about someone approaching me.
