Excellent location, easy to find. The store is very bright and welcoming, the decorations and fun.
The cupcakes are delicious and there's amply variety: chocolate, vanilla, carrot cake, Reese's peanut butter, cookies and cream, etc. - I uploaded pictures of those I bought. All were moist and rich. I didn't want all the icing that came on top, but very good!
The brownies didn't make it for pictures. They were amazing. They have large chocolate chips in them and are the moistest I've ever had.
I wasn't super impressed with the Nutella cookies (the whole reason I went the day I did). They taste like sugar cookies with Nutella in them - which is great if you like sugar cookies, but those aren't my thing. Very good texture, though!
They have a rewards program for dollars spent. I signed up for it but didn't get all the details. I think it's a great idea though!
They do custom orders, too!
Update: I tried their Italian sausage tortellini and it was fantastic!

I ordered cupcakes from here for my daughter's 21'st Birthday. They were amazing! Very delicious and beautiful. I will be giving them another call for something special again soon.

So yesterday I stopped by Joelle's and got the Almond Joy cupcake. Let me just say, it was pure joy! You know how you expect a certain heaviness when you bite into icing. This was 2 layers and it was like eating air. Sweet delicious air. Perfection!

We’ve had scones, cupcakes, and the puffs with meat and cheese from Joelle’s. All have been amazing and definitely worth the trip. I’d give a special shout out to the scones. She has a ton of varieties and they are far more moist and delicious than any scone I’ve ever eaten before. This place is friendly, clean and well worth the trip for something unique and delicious.

My wife and I stopped by this morning and had a cupcake and a brownie. They were both fantastic. Elegantly done.

We celebrated my nephews 7th birthday last Sunday. The cake was absolutely beautiful but it tasted horrible which was very sad because my nephew's favorite thing to eat is cake. What was even more upsetting was when management were informed of this, instead of seeing how they could make it up to my sister (who spent over $100 on it) all they kept asking was for details on why she didn't like the cake. She had already expressed that nobody in the party liked the cake nor wanted to eat it after tasting it. I've worked in customer service for 10 years and this is definitely not good customer service.

We had a custom cake made for my daughters party. The cake didn’t hold together very well and didn’t really taste like vanilla (which is what we ordered) it had a odd after taste. The buttercream was not smooth in places it should have been. The only redeeming quality is it looked almost identical to the photo I asked for.
For the price we paid I was not impressed. This was my first time doing business with them or eating any of their food so I cannot speak on what the rest of the menu tastes like. But I was not impressed with this order and probably won’t order again.
To the woman talking about driving 60 miles to GIGIs, there’s one at exit 1 in Clarksville.

Loved the ‘layered bar’ with coconut and awesome seeetness. The coffee to go was just right. Wish it was on my way to work but happy that it’s close to my dentist office so making it my treat stop when I get my check-ups.

This restaurant was definitely a five star in Hopkinsville. Post Covid, 7/7/21, they no longer serve lunch. The service was abysmal. It is still a lovely spot. But, I met with friends for a visit. I tried to order a beverage and gluten free treat. No one was available to take an order. As we left, we had to request help. I literally called,"Help, please!". Someone finally appeared. The friends paid for their water. The staff disappeared? I had to call/raise my voice for assistance to make a purchase? I don't see how a solid business could decline so rapidly. The staff was pleasant enough when I was able to recieve service. I really am sorry to see this gem decline. I *loved* bringing guests from out of town here. I had hoped to at least order a beverage for my visit with friends. We could help ourselves to the bottled water 😳. I really hope Joelle's goes back to a five star establishment! Customer service will make or break a business.
