This is my favorite coffee shop to visit with my family or just for a date! This place is LGBTQ+ friendly and everyone is wonderful!

Delicious hot mocha - not too sweet, not too bitter - just perfect. Ham, egg and cheese croissant was delicious and made to order, not just reheated like *some* places. Wish we had one of these in my town. Would stop by again next time I’m around.

This place is so cute and the people are always so happy and friendly. The dynamic between all the people who work there just puts you in a good mood !! And their food 🤤 absolutely delicious. I eat here as often as I can. ❤️

I'm giving them 4 stars because everyone there was so positive and friendly, to the customers and each other, but be warned it's definitely a chaotic atmosphere. I wouldn't go here if you're looking for somewhere to sit and read or work but if you're taking it to go it's good. The staff knew everyone but me and what they wanted before they even got up to the counter, so that helped move the line along quicker, though I still wouldn't say it moved fast. But very nice people, the boss was really appreciative of her staff and their hard work and told them so which I've never heard before so very nice.

I was not a fan of the actual coffee or the service. If you truly want a good coffee Baxter’s in somerset KY is the best coffee is any 2hr direction!!

I am disappointed with this establishment. I have been coming here for months and it has slowly deteriorated. The drive through takes upwards of 20 minutes each time there’s more than 2 cars in line. I ordered a BLT and they didn’t put any tomatoes on it? I just went there and ordered a large iced coffee and they gave me a hot coffee. So chaotic here I hope they can get it together. I like the people a lot but today the lady at the drive through was super rude and sounded sick with no mask on, how wonderful. I continuously come back here hoping it gets better and it keeps getting worse.

I really enjoyed my first experience at Southern Cup! Their vanilla chai tea latte was the best I’ve had in a long time. The staff were super friendly and it felt like a homey atmosphere!
