Biggby Coffee

It has great food and coffee and a pretty good price! However, two out of three times they did get my order incorrect. I think you could call these happy little accidents though, because I wasn't disappointed with what I received and the drinks still tasted great. Their white chocolate coffee is addictive, and their big cookies are INCREDIBLE. I'd definitely swing by here if you get a chance to try them out. They had me questioning my Dunkie Junkie heart, that's for sure.

In line at least 10 minutes with only car in front of me yet 2 people walk up order drinks and leave before us 🤔 you want quick service definitely try Fort Mitchell location!

Walk up window is insanely slow. Literally no one in line. Rediclious and not 1st time. 19 min , 3 drinks. 0 cars. Machine "went down" while waiting and instead of letting us know to get something different, stood there wasting time. Had to get a refund since now late for an event

Always service with a smile! The crafted coffees are a little sweet for me, but very tasty!

We LOVE the coffee shop! My hubby and I visit many times during the week. My 6 year old son loves the cream freeze. Most of the time they are delicious....there has been a handful of times that they just didn't taste like anything. I'd take it back if I was the one drinking it...he doesn't seem to mind

The wait in line is insane. You will sit for 25-30 minutes just to get a coffee. It does not appear the store was ready to open but they decided to anyways and don't have enough staff. The drinks are good but the prices are not. Also you get a tiny little straw that is not made for the cup.

They have a way to go before I can call this a Biggby. Second time sitting in the drive through and both times I have sat for 20+ minutes with only 3 cars in line. I don’t want to say some employees are rude, but they’re not nice. “Here you go” is not what you say when giving a customer a product. Also, please fill my drink accordingly. I paid for a 20oz and got maybe 12oz of liquid.

We LOVE Biggby! The staff is super helpful, quick, and remembers us every time we come! The drinks are tasty and the Bragels are something we crave!

The wait is insane and my 20 oz hot coffee was HALF empty! Plus they didn't give me a receipt so can't call and complain.....

Doordashin again. Not ready on time didnt even know what order was or not prepared. Left us standing outside for 15 mins while they made an off duty employee a priority over the dash.
