Cave City Coffee & Creamery

Awesome local ice cream place! We were on our way home from Florida and stopped at this exit. We were exhausted and walked over to dinner first and froze to death at McDonalds, but I still wanted ice cream. The kids and I walked over for ice cream and enjoyed every minute of it. The employees were extremely nice and got all the orders right and fast. The ice cream was exactly as I expected it. It was delicious!!!

The staff were really nice. The waffles cones are made from scratch and are fantastic! The ice cream is super good too. The place is small but very nice and welcoming. The parking lot is a little too small but oh well. There is however parking on the road. Overall it was a super great experience.

And here's a quote from me wife lol - "I'd come here and just buy a waffle cone. They're that good!"

We were visiting the area for the Caves. We were looking for a good ice cream place and this fit the bill! All of our ice cream flavors were great. Favorites included American Firework, Summer Peach and Mint Chocolate chip. Super fun for the kids to watch them make their waffle cones too! We may come back more than once in this 5 day trip!

My wife and I stopped in on our way back home to Meade County!! Was hoping to say hi to the owner but didn't see her. But the 3 young people that helped us were so kind and polite, they made us 2 great shakes and made the place smell amazing making homemade waffle cones. Thanks for such a great experience!!!

Cutest little ice cream shop! Clean environment, and tasty ice cream! Will definitely stop again!

The surrounding area is a RV friendly.
Has outdoor dining and a drivethru.
Had some Harvest Host flyers.
A bicycle pump was inside just in case you cycled there from the trails.

Stellar cold brew coffee. Would go again in a heart beat and order a larger size. We also got a banana split which was delicious! Perfect ending to our family vacation.

Solid selection of coffee-based drinks and yummy ice cream. A few other breakfast/lunch selections. Everything was tasty and service was friendly. Reasonable prices.

Great customer service. The lady at the counter was very friendly, I had a question and by no means I felt rushed to order. There's many flavors to choose from and the ice cream tastes great! My fave was the Summertime Peach flavor...give this location a try if you haven't done so already!

Super place to stop for a treat. We only had ice cream but it was delicious. Staff was super friendly and you have the option to eat in or set outside.
