Excellent service with a smile they took care of me and got me exactly what i asked for i want people to know their doughnuts are really great and delicious

Good donuts, the typical sweetness that is Krispy Kreme.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars was I ordered a mocha frappicino. It was made incorrectly and instead of offering to make it correctly they handed it to me and said oh well.

When warm, they will melt in your mouth. I ordered 200+ doughnuts last time I visited. They were very helpful with using coupons and how to make my order less expensive than it could have been. Also joked me up with plenty of free hat's for my daughter's doughnut party.

Well-known for its plain glazed (look for the "it's hot" red sign to get yours still warm), my wife prefers their "kreme"-filled over their custard or jam/lemon/chocolate filled. A great place to have the little ones watch the glazing process through the glass windows. A must-see for National Donut Day, the first Friday of June!

I placed a order 2hrs before picking it up & still was not ready. They run out of glaze dounts all the time.

I love krispy creme donuts. But i went when the sign was lit up. To get them fresh an HOT. I had to wait 15 mins in line an they was cold. They lady wasn't friendly

Hot light was on, one reason we stopped in. Had to wait almost 5 minutes for donuts to start rolling out. No line. Just waiting on the donuts to be ready. This is the 2nd time. It happened the last time. These were late day visits.

I went in to get two dozen donuts for a meeting. The lady at the counter I could barely hear her, so just to make small talk while I picked out an assortment of donuts I asked if she was sick! I payed for the donuts, and before I could get to the door i heard a laughter, I heard another lady ask another did you hear her, she then repeated what the one lady who waited on me said "the next person who asks me if I'm sick I'm going to cough in their face" and after she said that I heard more laughter. In my personal and professional opinion, if employees speak freely of this nature while at work then they might actually contaminate food, if threatening to cough in someones face. Barbara is the name on the receipt. I called the store within the hour of leaving and asked for the General Manager, I was instructed she would not be in until friday and I could call back then, I politely asked the lady (said she was a supervisor) to contact the GM and ask Her to give me a call, so I left my contact information. Three hours had passed and I never received a phone call so I called back to the store and the same gal answered, Andrea is Her name, I asked Her if she contacted the GM she informed me she had done so, and that the GM would not be calling me because she did not want to call from her personal phone! (She could of blocked Her number) just my personal opinion.

Went through the drive thru tonight and placed my order. They were out of the first three things I ordered. After choosing something else and finishing placing my order and paying, I was then told they were out of what they just let me pay for so I had to choose something else again. Drove 15 minutes home and the order was still completely wrong. Very unsatisfied.

This place is just gross. I was just there ... The light was on..
I ordered a dozen mix and a small coffee. The coffe was old and the fresh doughnuts were greasy, i sat near the back and watched the lady put chunks of yellow grease, it looked like old crap, into the doughnuts. She had to keep picking doughnuts out because they werent coming out right. I regret having come in. My advice to kk is clean up guys the glass window should be clean and so should the fryers. Use clean oil and dont serve something you wouldnt eat. Free advice ... Dont waste your money
