I was so disappointed seeing my Avocado toast but the flavor was magically good, I'm so glad I tried it.
The juices were really good, and my kids loved the mango smoothie. The staff was friendly and got out order quick.

The food here is GREAT!! Plus they had fantastic gluten free bread which is wonderful for those with allergies. Best gluten free bread that I have found!!

So cute + delish! The thin mint smoothie and toast were amazing. So excited to have another healthy option in BG, and can’t wait for the full menu to come out!!

This is a beautiful cafe in downtown Bowling Green with a lovely assortment of healthy snacks and drinks. My husband and I tried 3 of their toasts, two smoothies and an assortment of their cold pressed juice.
We tried the half and half, where I tried the savory Avacado toast, with avocado, egg, Spinach and feta, and I give it a big ol 5 stars all on its own! And the other half being the the Sweet Tooth, a toast topped with chocolate spread, fruit and a lovely drizzle. My husband had a Peanut butter toast, and it looked just heavenly!
As for their smoothies, each is given a powerful and inspiring name- I had the Peace, which gave me a chocolate cherry combo that paired really nicely with the sweet toast, and my husband had Self Control, a very decadent chocolate and peanut butter Smoothie.
Whe got an assortment of their juice shots to take home with us, as we certainly didn't leave hungry, but they barely made it home before we cracked the seals and tried the Flu Shot, which was vibrant and delicious, the Kale Yeah, which tasted like a spring morning, the Zinger which had a fabulous spicey kick to it, and the Glow Getter, which was very fresh and lemony.
I cannot recommend this place enough! With the bubbly owner on site and ready to take on the day, and the fun and comfortable atmosphere, this place is definitely a great spot to visit and experience!

The food is so delicious and wholesome. You know when you eat here you are getting a healthy, delicious meal. Even my kids gobbled it down! We had several different kinds of toast which were all very good. We all loooved the smoothies. Anastasia greets you with the sweetest smile. We will definitely visit again.
