A little bummed they changed their menu. We always went in for their vegan burritos and pizzas. They altered the menu trying to speed up their wait times for food (and looks a little healthier too, which is fine), but honestly we won't be back for a meal. We waited just about 5min less than we normally do. It's not a fast food establishment, but maybe others have complained about wiating? I like all of the items you can find there. I've purchased a 3D printed dragon, lotions, salsa, and a key chain. They have a lot of options though from sellers like crystals, bake mixes, premade goodies, candy, and resin art just to name a few more things. They support local, which is so amazing.

Lovely honey cinnamon oat milk latte, perfect. Loved our gluten free grilled cheese. What a cute shop. We’ll be back!

Update: came back recently after not having been back in awhile. They’ve changed the menu drastically which was probably needed but removed their best item… THE PIZZAS. The jalapeño popper pizza was my absolute favorite. I am super saddened and disappointed to see those gone and I hope they bring them back. Sausage gravy bowl was kinda bland but better after salt and pepper. They really need some hot sauces for customer use too. Caramel macchiato was good but the matcha just tasted like milk. Hoping they keep on going and make improvements.
I’ve been here a handful of times. I will say that I’m giving 5 stars just on sole principle of this place being the only gluten free/vegan place that exists in town and I really want it to succeed. That being said, I think they really should change the location eventually if they do want to be as successful as possible as this is a strange location. Mid or downtown would be cool. I’ve REALLY truly enjoyed my food and coffee every time I’ve been here. It would be cool to see some daily/weekly specials on rotation or days featuring other local vegan chefs that don’t have their own cafes. They are a new business with limited staff, so definitely do not come here on a day when you are pressed for time as the service can be rather slow, otherwise you only have yourself to blame. Can’t wait to see how much better they get over time as they’re already a pretty darn good option.
Also, I cannot believe some of the absolute snobbery in these comments. Some folks need to get their noses out of the air and stop and smell the sunflowers.

*update* The owner contacted me and insisted that I remove the review b/c it wasn't warranted. So let me explain, on top of waiting so long for our drinks (when we saw only one person served before us while we were there), the lady was rude about it taking so long, the drinks were overpriced, and no they weren't very good for the price that we paid for them. Yes, the place was clean. Yes, some of the things for sale were cute and nice. But we won't be coming back here for the food or coffee.
*original review* We came in today and ordered 4 drinks around 3. It took us more than 20 minutes to get our drinks and there was no one in front of us. Super frustrating.

Phenomenal soft serve!! And great food, too. A meeting room for groups, and even handmade gifts for sale. I love this place.

I ordered for delivery which is an option I appreciate a lot for healthy food. I was pleasantly surprised! The salad was well balanced and delicious, taco soup was very tasty and nourishing and the Brie apple sandwich was lovely. Also got a London fog which was very nice. I stretched all of that into 2 meals and it was perfect. Will pop in next time and try a coffee option.

I love this place! Yummy food with many healthy options. It is nice to shop local vendors while waiting or after I eat. It is a calm place to meet with friends or coworkers. I work in the community so sometimes I bring my laptop and complete my work tasks. Everyone is so nice.

I truly enjoyed my first trip in!!! I am very excited about the gluten free and vegan options. As I told the really nice workers, I haven't had a real waffle in a decade and truly savored it and several other menu items my friend and I tried together. I am definitely gluten free for important reasons and this opens up a whole world again. Amazing and cute atmosphere. I plan to add this restaurant to my regular rotation! I can't wait to try everything. I can't say that about any other place in town!!!

I wanted to post a picture of the food & drink at Sunflour Cafe & Collective but it’s so good I refuse to stop eating it to do it 🌯

Did I even mention how involved the owners are in community building and sustainability?
