I was worried about the COVID things I’ve read but my experience was great. Every employee had them on. The customers not so much, especially their young children running around. That’s why it’s not a 5-Star for me.
But back to the food. The smell of a fresh bakery hits your nose as soon as you walk in. Then your eyes are wide open soaking in all the options. Then the owner said “waddya have”. Told him I wanted carrot cake and he said he didn’t have any so a touch of sadness but only for a moment. So I chose the large Cinnamon rolls which were covered in all the creamy frosting you could desire. Then I grabbed some of the Jalapeño/Bacon croissant samples which amazing! Given them a try. I’ll be back!

Wonderful experience having brunch there today! We found it to be inviting, charming and very welcoming place to sit and have coffee and eat together. The food was simply divine. I like everything about this place and intend to make it my Saturday morning walking destination from now on :-)

Best Pastries in town and a great addition to downtown Olathe! Owner and employees are all very nice and a great atmosphere! We enjoy visiting (almost daily) and visiting with everyone or watching the local artist paint! ALWAYS a positive attitude!!

Latte is good, not great.
Maybe lacking in flavor i think. But then the ham and egg sandwich comes out. Looks amazing! Enough to make me pull out my phone and write a 5* review.

What an awesome bakery! Loved the blueberry and lemon scone, the cinnamon roll, the bacon egg and cheese croissant, the key lime pie, and cheese cake. The coffee was great too!

This is an Olathe coffee shop with the best pastries in Johnson County. It has two locations, the original, within sight of the old courthouse, and East, in the just opened Olathe Public Library next to Kohl’s on Brougham. Both locations are great meeting places.
The only downside is the opening times. 7:00 am downtown and the Library hours on Brougham.
Half of my morning meetings start at 6:00 or 6:30am, so as amazing as the pastries and coffee are, I can’t use them for meetings where people have normal hours to be at work. No evening meetings downtown, and no late study sessions either place.

I’ve had pleasure of tasting the treats on several different occasions, and let me tell you they are worth every calorie😉. I cannot believe how affordable Park Street is with a taste/appearance that is out of this world!!
I’m glad such a delicious pastry shopis opening locally, and I cannot wait until the official grand opening!!

This is one of those amazing places that's open simply for the love of making delicious food.
Nice aesthetic, great atmosphere, and the blueberry danish blew my mind.
Highly recommend a visit if you've got the time.

We have enjoyed several of Park Street's delicious pastries. You won't find muffins or cupcakes there, but the shop next door has some of those. When you walk in the door you may be greeted by the smells of warm cookies, brownies, cinnamon rolls or his lunch special of the day. They post on their facebook page all the different types of European pastries that are available too. We have purchased a lot of their goodies for our families that come in to our studio. All have raved about them and go over to buy more. We personally know the Chef and highly respect his value to our downtown Olathe area. I am really looking forward to taking one of his classes.

The cinnamon rolls are great as are the other pastries I've tried! The coffee is really good (I believe it is Thou Mayest) and is Mon thru Thurs normally but sometimes on other day. The Park Street FB page usually has updates on what is available for each day.
