Cute little place downtown. Free reliable wifi, nice variety of drinks and a quiet atmosphere. Decent amount of charging plugs. Pricing was pretty good.

Just ran in to use the restroom coolest place ever. The old rustic look place to change baby in the bathroom. Love the vibe.

Our group ordered traditional and more "modern" coffee drinks and we were all impressed with the quality. Just as important, the atmosphere was perfect. Relaxed, cozy, yet trendy. It felt a little like a big city escape in small town rural Kansas. Good stuff. 👍

Coffee Rating Scale: (* see footnote)
Level 1: Cheap coffee made once and sits all day. (See auto service lobbies, accounting offices, motel lobby)
Level 2: grade 1 beans made to order, presented as “special” roast. (See fast food coffee, newer by-the-cup coffee machines)
Level 3: upgraded beans, freshly prepared. Espresso drinks taste fresh. (See chain coffee shops)
Level 4: exceptional beans roasted perfectly and prepared with expert care. Taste is richly complex. Often available as pour-over and espresso. (See specialty coffee shops)
Craft Coffee Parlor is a Level 4 coffee experience. Notes: Unique atmosphere, excellent service. Coffee is expertly prepared and delicious. Price is excellent for such quality.
* The above rating scale is my own and is not endorsed by the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA). It is a pragmatic system for the daily coffee drinker.

Being from KC and a self proclaimed coffee snob I didn't have high expectations in small town McPherson. This place rocks! It's simple yet sophisticated, not overly priced, and definitely a winner. The breakfast wrap was the best I've had and not a product of the microwave. I only wish I would have gone all three of the days I was in town. Nice job folks!

I was driving through town and wanted to try a non-chain coffee shop, so found these guys on Google. I was so happy with the absolutely delicious latte, and would definitely recommend Craft of you're looking for a high quality, flavorful coffee beverage.

Best coffee shop in McPherson for sure. They are always very friendly, they make great recommendations, and you just feel at home here. As an added bonus if you go in on a weekday morning the Mayor of Main Street, Nelson is usually there to say hello and provide excellent conversation while he's hard at work.

Smoothies were great but lacking choices of fruits, vegetables, protein, bases (soy or almond or plain milks) & supplements.
Not many options but good. Service was slow during early afternoon with only, from what I saw, 1 person working. We were in a hurry but the wait was worth it.
Good service, food. Clean.

Craft is easily the best coffee in McPherson. It's pretty hipster and niche, but every cup I've had has been perfect. The tea is also great and the kombucha they've recently branched out to is excellent (^・^)
For a real treat, get their apple cider in the fall.

Stumbled across this place in McPherson and was pleasantly surprised. First it was open on Sunday afternoon and second it was a really nice store. Coffee was excellent and service was great. Heartily recommend giving it a try.
