Have been a loyal customer. New person behind the bar was not very attentive. Young lady seemed to be associated with Arrow sitting at the bar with a laptop but comfortable to go behind the bar. Would have had another drink but couldn't get bartender attention. I'm sure things will get better with experience.

Excellent coffee experience! They use beans from a roaster out of Denver called Corvus Coffee. Most all of the coffees are high-quality single origins and Arrow uses multiple brew methods to bring out the best in the beans. The staff is knowledgeable and loves to talk coffee. While not the primary focus of the shop, they have a great selection of soups and sandwiches that is updated frequently as well. My only compliant is that the shop is a bit small. So maybe it's not the best place to lay out 3 notebooks and your laptop or have an intimate conversation. However, give the shop a try! You won't find better coffee in Manhattan. The staff is friendly and loves to chat!

The coffees and teas I've ordered have been quite good. I like the cappuccino and the chai. It also has a nice atmosphere inside for studying and working, and the staff are super friendly. The only downside is that the coffee can be a little pricey for the size.

Can't say it enough, best coffee and cocktails in Manhattan... possibly in the state. Annnnnd breakfast burritos. I could eat one three times a day for the rest of my life. The Motleys are a true version of small business owners serving their community day in and day out. 5+++++ stars.

It's quaint inside, with good coffee and some light eating options. Very aesthetic environment, and especially good if you don't mind smaller spaces.
Really cool that they host live events as well, from trivia nights to live music.
Worth checking out, you might find a new spot.

The loyalty card is amazing if you set it up your first time there. The staff is friendly and they serve great coffee. I like that they are constantly bringing on a guest roaster of the month so there is always something new to try. Personally I like to try new things when I visit new places and think this is the ultimate place for that. If you are fine with your typical cheap gas station coffee, that's okay. Do you. But if you want to try some AMAZING black coffee... Give arrow a try. Yeah, it might be a dollar more for a cup but if you watch the process and try and learn why things are done differently then I think it's totally worth it. #arrowloyal

If you enjoy any type of coffee drink, you must visit Arrow Coffee ASAP. They have the best quality of coffee and service in Manhattan. Absolutely incredible. They purchase their coffee from Corvus Coffee Co., who share personal relationships with the farmers they buy from, ensuring a fair price on the quality coffee they receive. Additionally, they have homemade breakfast items and lunch specials every day, not to mention they're fair trade, organic chocolate bars! Most importantly, the employees at Arrow Coffee are phenomenal. They offer great service and would love it if you stopped by like....TODAY!

When I was in Manhattan for two weeks, I went everyday for a cup of coffee and loved it. Reasonably priced, and 20x better than Starbucks. Not to mention their loyality program is awesome! After 3-4 PM their coffee shop opens up to a cocktail bar (with coffee still served). I’ve never seen this done before, and it was amazing. I highly recommend the coke with cold brew ice cube, just trust me.

Great quality coffee and nice coffee shop atmosphere. If you are looking for a collaborative or co working space, this may be a little too busy for you as it's right by campus and can be kind of a pain to find a place to sit/talk/work. Otherwise great!

I stopped by on a whim while visiting Manhattan. I love good espresso, and had my fingers crossed for good luck when I came in. I was greeted by a very friendly woman, and was served an outstanding espresso. The crema was just right, the flavor was mild yet extremely pleasant. The baristas obviously know what they're doing and take great care. To top it off I ordered an old fashioned made with rye whiskey. I was not disappointed. Complete with a single rock and orange peal, this was perfect. I would recommend Arrow to any coffee snob, and I look forward to my next visit.
