Great fresh food, especially for a gluten free diet. There were keto friendly items as well.

The food was delicious and it’s all gluten free! some people in the reviews say it is expensive, but i felt it was properly priced for the taste and quality that you receive. The Service was fantastic; I met the owner and she was happy to talk about the restaurant and her vision. She was diagnosed with Celiac disease 8 years ago, so she takes great care to make sure everything is gluten and dairy free and to ensure no cross contamination. The restaurant was prestine and has a really good ambiance. The very berry smoothy was VERY tasty and I loved the peanut butter protein balls! I can’t wait to go back!

They offer a good variety of teas. I haven’t tried their food yet but by the menu it seems to be good and healthy.

I've been coming here since they opened. The mother-daughter team that own it are often seen working hard behind the counter, cooking and serving. If you're gluten free and dairy free like me, it can't be beat. Meal bowls, salads, smoothies and sweets--they have it all.

I stopped for some juice but their menu looked so good I want to go back hungry.

I stopped in for a quick lunch to go and was pleasantly surprised by both the very friendly service and the drop-dead scrumptious food. I had the healthy harvest bowl, which was so good I'm already scheming to go back for another. I also got a couple of juice drinks for my daughter, both of which were tasty. Like any fresh juice, they were a bit pricy, but less than some other local places and of superior quality. The meal bowl was $8, which might seem like a lot, but is actually less than a sandwich at a mid - range restaurant and so much more delicious! It was also really filling; more than enough for a satisfying lunch. The only thing that makes me sad is that I didn't try this place when it first opened. I've missed out on years of delicious meals!

It's hard to find a good lunch restaurant that serves gluten-free and dairy-free food. When you get your order it doesn't look like a lot of food, but it's extremely filling. The price is reasonable, and the food is very good and it's healthy. I will definitely return.

Very very average food, it is gluten free and dairy free but the bowls come out of the microwave and they serve everything in plastic cups and silverware.
