La Prima Tazza

Came to La Prima Tazza to check out an art exhibit they were hosting for Free State High School and was very impressed. I got The Alexander which is a coffee drink with some spices added and it was heavenly. The atmosphere is comfy and quirky, would be a great place to get some work done or just chill with some friends. I will definitely be returning soon!

Baristas are completely disinterested and the coffees are super sweet. No interaction, no emotion, no nothing from the staff. There’s no selection of pastries, etc... just some resale cookies. There’s also a ridiculous up charge to have a hot drink vs cold. Try out Alchemy or Henry’s instead.

Quite the menu of espresso handcrafted beverages. I don't think i've ever seen such a well thought out variety in a cafe before. We tried two different beverages and they were delightful. Felt safe re:COVID as well.

This place is nice, but they are doing themselves an Injustice by not installing power outlets near all seating. I'd say only about 20% of seating has outlets nearby.

A simple exterior floorboard electrical outlet runner installed around the entire perimeter would solve the problem and probably only cost a few hundred dollars. It makes me feel like the owner is not involved and out of touch of why people go there.

A good environment and a good chill spot. They don't quite nail the coffee order. I've gotten americanos here that seemed just a hair off with a burnt taste and also on other visits have tried regular coffee which I've found other places around are doing it better.

Nice little (emphasis on little) local coffee shop. And they have non coffee options which is great for me :) I like how they have a bunch of outlets to charge stuff too and even though it’s small there’s a lot of seating. Intimate relaxing little setting.

Although I love their coffee, the service is not always the best. The barista gave a snarky comment to my friend today, and it ruined the experience.

Perfect place to study and enjoy a relaxing atmosphere - not super cold, either, which I really appreciate in coffee shop. I like it when they're cozy. :) I recommend the "Moroccan"!

Use to like it here until today. I was told to leave the building because I have severe asthma and can not wear a mask. Not only was I told to leave but it was very rude how I was told to leave even after explaining that I have asthma and legally do not have to wear a mask. I will never return here after the way I was treated during my visit today.

Calm atmosphere, great selection of teas and coffee. Staff is helpful, fun and cooperative. The shop is a bit small but would recommend for meeting up with a friend or two or for studying.
