Breathe Coffee House

A terrific quiet place to enjoy a cup of regular java or specialty coffee. Breathe is a small coffee shop with a large selection. They happily do A wide variety of drinks from the traditional to the new including the traditional cappuccino and frappe to the pour-over and cold brew. My personal favorite is the cortado x2 in a single mug while relaxing and looking at the big high-def moving photo screen meditating, praying, or enjoying a faith-based conversation. There's even a prayer wall, and an opportunity to give a free cuppa to someone who needs it. 😊

Admittedly, I go to small town coffee shops for the ambiance - the quality of the coffee typically found isn't bad, but usually isn't something to write home about, but talking with the server, eavesdropping on the local gossip from the patrons, and feeling like you're home even though you're an outsider all make up for it. Not here - Stellar coffee! So surprised. I hit on a slow time, so gossip about strangers I'll never meet was nowhere to be found, but oh, man, that coffee! I got a pour over, and the care than went into crafting my cup was evident in the first sip. When I come through Hays, I'm going to make it a point to stop in here. It's certainly out of the way for a traveler, but if you like good coffee, it's worth your time!

Want to get caffeinated, and yet enjoy a nice relaxing atmosphere? The coffee is good, the staff is friendly and fun, and the atmosphere is simply pleasing far better than any Starbucks I’ve been to!

This place is forever in my heart. Super clean. Friendly. Great prices. Great coffee. Great conversation.

Breathe Coffee House is truly one of a kind coffee house and experience! The vision behind the master mind Patrick McGinnis just screams Acts 20:35. When you step into the coffee shop you can just feel the relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. The coffee is nothing short of amazing and with every sip you can experience the hand-crafted blend! There is are so many incredible gifts that will be received because of Pat's willingness to have a Big Dream, that will change so many lives. He takes the idea of a coffee, and rises above the ordinary, to change the face of Christianity with his unique way of reaching thousands of people! CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!

Breathe is a little Hays treasure - charming place, excellent coffee, and a pillar of community engagement. You see it in the clientele - families, students, seniors, all enjoying a little respite from life here.

Breathe Coffee House: Home of Dialogue Ministries is a place where, in fact, you CAN breathe. The atmosphere of this place soothes the mind and helps enable one to think clearly. Not only that, their coffee is very good. I'd come back here in a heartbeat.
