Very disappointing experience! We bought the dress in the beginning of October. It was several sizes too big, but we were assured this was not an issue. We never heard a word from our consultant until my daughter texted several times asking about a fitting, as the wedding was in January!!! FINALLY we got a "fitting" on 12/05/2019. At this time, the bodice had been partially "altered", not sure how since no fitting up to this point, and a partial lining sewn in. My daughter complained about the sleeves being too snug. Our consultant assured us "don't worry, I can fix this". The built in girdle hasn't been removed yet and when I remove that, there will be plenty of room. Then no contact again until we texted & called several times. Finally one more fitting 12/30/2019, with the wedding coming up 01/11/2020!! At this fitting, the bodice still had the girdle in it, and my daughter once again complained that it was too tight. She was assured once again that the girdle hadn't been removed and when it was, it would fit perfectly. She was told to come in 01/04/2020 for the final fitting. On 01/04/2020, my daughter and two of her bridesmaids went into the shop. The dress was completed, girdle removed from the bodice, skirt attached to the top and hemmed. The bodice could barely be buttoned up, and once again my daughter was told the seams in the bodice could be let out just a little and it would be more comfortable and come back 01/09/2020 to pick up the dress. On 01/09/2020 my daughter went to pick up the dress and when she brought it to the church, we couldn't even get it buttoned (see photos). When we tried to call the consultant, she wouldn't answer the phone. We took the dress back into the shop and demanded the consultant be called. She answered and told us there was nothing else she could do as my daughter had "gained too much weight", but she could try to put in a zipper. We were going to do this, but decided a zipper couldn't fix the problem. So, we were without a wedding dress and only one day until the wedding!!!!! After the wedding I contacted the shop and asked if they could please do something to help resolve the issue of paying for a wedding dress and it not fitting. They said they would discuss it and see what they could do. No word from them for several weeks, so I went into the shop and spoke to the consultant we had worked with, and was treated and spoke to very rudely. We were told it wasn't her fault my daughter gained weight, which she did, but not enough for a dress that was 2 sizes too big to now be 2 sizes too small. And low and behold, not even a half hour later, I received a text from the owner stating they weren't going to do anything. I would hate for anyone else to have to go through the stress of what we did and not have a wedding dress for one of the most important days of their lives!!!! I know that I will be very rudely bashed for this review, as you can see, she does it to everyone that posts any kind of bad review, but you can go to other alteration places here in Garden and find out how often they have to fix the mistakes and disasters that Bridal-N-Mor has done to other people's dresses. I have pictures of the dress with all of the excess material and then of it not being able to be buttoned.

Dani went above and beyond for my gown and my custom made flower girl dress! The alterations were done quickly and flawless. She made sure I’m was 100% happy, I couldn’t have asked for better service!
These ladies were THE BEST. I went in with a dress I bought from a different store to see if it needed any alterations, as I took my dress off the eyelet broke and I was panicking. The ladies who helped me fixed and re-enforced my other eyelet in no time. They were so amazing and kind and helpful.

The stitch that was made was just a quick sloppy job, the seam was not cut staight and whoever altered the dress, just cut a bunch of material, making the material all chopped up, lines were not straight. For the price that i paid the stitch should of been done with a sewing machine, not by hand. My daughter had an event and i had to find someone to try an fix the stitch so it would look decent.
Decided to go local for my sister's wedding and order bridesmaids dresses from Bridal N More, the amount of problems we had with the entire order was ridiculous. 6 of 7 dresses had the zipper replaced because they were awful, so bad one girl had to get cut out of her dress (these were $160 dollar dresses) and one dress had to have a corset put in due to being measured wrong IN STORE. The corset as well as one of the zippers came back bright blue, the dresses were navy. On top of that the stitching and hemming done was awful and choppy. My dress had two stitches put in on either side and apparently that was getting it "hemmed". My heels caught those spots all day/night. Since it was done so poorly I was constantly pulling on my dress to walk which turned my nails navy, again these were $160 dollar dresses. There was also a problem with overcharging, the flower girl dress came out with brown flowers instead of white and finally when the mother of the groom ordered her shoes from the store they never came in. Everything was handled poorly and I most certainly would not recommend this store.

We did business with you because at our first visit we were promised "we CAN do this" That is what we do we build dresses to what you want......as for the alterations...we paid for them , you didnt have a limit , and it still was not right. I wish I could post pictures. What is that saying , pictures are worth a thousand reviews... I gave you a chance at the last alteration to fix it and you didnt. That is what you post to all the people that give you a bad review. Well we gave you a chance we told you we were not happy . So I agree if you want a good experience, take the time to go anywhere else.
i was looking for a place to shop for a wedding dress and before picking i wanted to read the reviews i came across these reviews and i am absolutely disappointed in how awful they handle their bad reviews. on one of them they call out a brides weight gain? absolutely ridiculous!!! every single bad review they have the owner instead of FIXING THE ISSUE THE WAY A OWNER SHOULD they blame the customer, they clap back at the customer. take owner ship of mistakes. take ownership of horrible customer service. by the looks of the actions taken by them during a bad experience i just wouldn’t recommend. unless you want to basically be called fat by the owner and get blamed for a mistake they made!
