Miss Kitty's Cafe is usually a excellent establishment to eat breakfast or lunch. The atmosphere of the establishment is reminiscence of old westerns and just historic knowledge of old Dodge City. I highly recommend if you would love some hispanic/american cuisine this is the place to eat. I have never had any problems with my meal or beverages. My only problem with Miss Kitty's is the stuff there can be quite unfriendly and a bit pushy. Not all the servers there are like that but there are quite a bit of times where I've gotten a certain server and I've just just had a bit of a bad experience which really dampers on the exceptional food in just amazing atmosphere.

Food was very good, prices decent, and the portions were large. I enjoyed the "Gunsmoke" atmosphere.

Was in Dodge and waited in town to eat at 9am instead of leaving at 6 and nope your closed on Tuesdays now.Was not very happy .Because we was leaving early and wanted to check this out on our anniversary. SO WE will just find someplace else to eat out of Dodge City.

Called ahead as we had a large group on a Sunday morning. They had a table ready for us in less than 5min. Service was quick. The food was so good! Their coffee was AMAZING!!! Highly recommend for breakfast!!! They were VERY busy when we were there, but it wasn’t a long wait for our food.

Had lunch here on Sunday. Arrived at noon. Place full. Waited 30 minutes to be seated. 15 minutes before a server even approached our table. Took another 30 minutes to get our food, which by that time the crowds had thinned down to half. They have a service problem. They brought my wife's meal first (steak with 3 cheese enchiladas and refried beans). My 3 enchilada dinner didn't come out until 10 minutes later. Her "excuse for a steak" was a measly 1/4" thick cut of what was probably rump roast. It was caramelized on the outside from being way overcooked on the flat top. It was as tough as beef jerky and difficult to cut through with a steak knife. The enchiladas were nothing but average. I always order enchiladas at Mexican restaurants because they are the best way to judge a Mexican restaurants quality and authenticity of flavor. I had the 3 enchilada combo with ground beef, shredded chicken and the cheese. Although not terrible, certainly not what I would call above average. So, stay away from the Mexican food and stick with breakfast items, which can't get screwed up. This place is WAY OVERHYPED. And absolutely don't order anything described as "Steak".
