Scooter's Coffee

The drinks are great, when made right. I get the same thing every time I go and every time it taste different and not in a good way. I went this morning and got a blender and even paid for an extra shot of espresso so it would be stronger and I literally taste no espresso in it at all....so I spent $11 for a blender and a piece of banana bread which was a waste of money. Also, The staff is almost always unfriendly as well and I’m tired of the inconsistency of my drinks always tasting different when I’m spending about $8 for one each time

Ordered a dirty chai and it was just okay. To be fair I think it was the persons first day as they had to ask how to ring it up and make it. I would have to say that they seem to be overpriced. I can't rate them on their coffee as I have not ordered standard coffee here specifically. It was slow and quite when I went and the staff seemed friendly, but spoke too soft to be heard even though there wasn't any noise. They could use some more comfortable seating options and soft music inside.

The coffee is not good. Sure, anything with a bunch of sugar and whipped cream mixed into it tastes good. I'm talking about the coffee. If you get it black and it tastes terrible it means the coffee and/or the brewing process is bad.
Everything's overpriced. Two coffees, a breakfast burrito, and a breakfast sandwich was more than $25.00 after tip.
All the food is shipped prepackaged and just microwaved. If you want a breakfast sandwich without egg, they're unable to remove the egg from the sandwich before heating it. You're getting that egg!

Two stars because the staff is very helpful and friendly; it's the only redeeming quality.

Seriously poor time management issues. 14 minutes should be plenty of time to get a 2 coffees, a breakfast sandwich and a muffin. Especially when we were the ONLY ones there at first.. But I had to ask for the items that were done, .....sitting on the other side of the counter..ready to serve..twice. While they helped 3 other people that arrived. This is not the first time this place has disappointed. I have give up on it in the last year. And I have been going here since they opened. I would defintely not recommend it.

I drive through every week usually multiple times. Today all I had was a 100 dollar bill and they qouldnt accept it. They had my drink made, wouldn't allot me to just have the drink. I asked if they are going to just dump it and they wouldn't directly answer. But to not accept cash and not just give a loyal customer the drink is bad business. I will be a dunkin donuts customer now, they accepted my cash.

Love the coffee and the puppies love the pup cups.

Last 3 times burritos are cold inside and say sugar on sandwiches sometimes tastes OLD and funky. Not sure food storage or preparation is following code and I’m tired of stomach issues after eating there.

Used to be pretty great, but the last few times I went, they have made my drinks very inconsistently and the blenders are super watered down with chunks of ice. Last time I tried to order the PB cup blender and they were “out of peanut butter”. Yet right next to a Dillons? And I also tried calling them on the run to order a drink for pickup and they snapped back “we don’t usually do that here” which is strange because Starbucks has no problem with this and neither did the Scooters in Augusta.

Scooters is our favorite place to get coffee on the go. Their drinks are delicious and we have always had excellent customer service at every location.

This place... Where do I begin? The coffee -- For a person who loves coffee (I certainly do) this place just goes above and beyond to satisfy all of my coffee needs. Their coffee is of the highest quality, and their customer service is nothing short of incredible. John Lasseter once said, "Quality is the best business plan" and that is certainly the business plan that Scooter's employs. Thank you Scooter's for all that you do, you brighten my day and darken my roast.
