My husband and I love Hyper. Staff is always so friendly and the drinks are delicious!

LOVE the staff. They know my order before I get to the window and they love seeing my kids, know them by name and always offer them fun new kid friendly drinks. I rave to everyone about hyper. Only thing I wish is that the sugar free option didn't drastically taste diffrent then the original.

The staff is so friendly! Every single time, no matter who is working, they are very nice. I love the different flavors of the hyper-infused drinks, the coffee is good too. Great place to stop!

Coffee was super strong so if you like it that way then this will for sure do the job. Service was fast and friendly.

I’ve been going to Hyper for quite some time, the staff is always friendly and helpful! Their drinks are great and they have such a wide variety! I just hope they get a location in Ames! Bonus points, also loved by the pupper (she just licks the cup, we don’t give her energy drinks)

Izzy and cat who are mangers are extremely rude to customers AND take tips from the baristas. Threatened to fire employee for speaking up about tips being stolen. Worst customer service I have EVER gotten. I would rather be served by amber herd then those two EVER again. This place seriously needs help. The rest of the baristas were lovely. Needs better management.

Every drink I have tasted has been delicious! The staff members are always pleasant and often write sweet gestures on my lid! Usually my Sunday afternoon pick me up! 🙂

Coffee is really good! I’m rooting for you guys (being right next to Starbucks) and like supporting the little guys. The only thing I’d say is to make sure the coffee is hot! I’ve had to warm it up at the gas station a few times.
