Great coffee. I've had Dunn Brothers in Minnesota, but I live the coffee at this location better. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable about the menu, and the drive thru moves much faster than most coffee shop drive thru lanes. I have never seen a staff member without a mask, or an improperly worn mask.

Yikes. We ordered online and picked up.
The Coffee: The fall seasonal lattes were terrible. They tasted like chemicals. We dumped out $11 worth and got new coffees at Dunkin Donuts.
The Food: They were out of donuts. Instead of offering to give us something else, or a refund for that item, I got a blank stare. The breakfast sandwich had substitutions from what we chose, without asking. Assuming, again, out of that item.
The Customer Service: Poor. Being the only person there, and ordering ahead online, I assumed it would be quick and easy. Instead they didn’t know what items were on the order. It took 5-10 minutes to piece together what was going on for them.
The Result: Shut it down. It appears there are no customers for a reason. A $30 breakfast and we were either missing or threw away $20 of it.

Best coffee ever and muffins are great. How would you like a Beyond Sausage Croissant for breakfast? Its an actual, real croissant!! They have brie.
Coffee is freaking amazing.

The iced coffee drink I got tasted great. The avocado toast, not so much. The person at the checkout asked me if I wanted bacon on my avocado toast, so of course I said yes. She didn't charge me extra for the bacon. Then I watched the person making the toast yell at the cashier because it can't come with bacon. Awkward. I also got scolded for not telling them the order was to go, even though I did. Avocado toast lacked seasoning or flavor.

Super friendly and welcoming staff. High quality ingredients including barista blend oat milk and a wide variety of latte flavors that are not limited to off-the-shelf syrups. Food is fresh, unique and prepared from scratch. Dunn Bros has been an awesome addition to our west-side coffee options.

I give Dunn Brothers a 10/10. I am a local photographer and go there just about everyday to edit. The service, coffee, and food is amazing! By the second time I was there, they knew me by name and were so helpful and friendly on asking what to order and etc. The wifi is great, the service is great, and overall just a really good environment for work and or coffee/ lunch date. If you are wondering on weather or not to go to Dunn Brothers coffee, I highly suggest!

Went to this place to get myself an iced version of the Pablo. Got my drink and it was not mixed at all...the honey was stuck to the side of the cup, which I could barely mix in myself since it was iced and the lavender syrup was at the bottom. I watched them make it and it’s like they didn’t know their own recipe. Went to the coffeesmith 2 min away, I purchased the same drink and they mixed everything in together and it tasted amazing. When I asked them to fix my drink and mix everything in like it was supposed to be, they rolled their eyes and started giving me attitude. Horrible experience and unprofessional.

New coffee place in Waukee? Count me in! Inside offers a trendy vibe with most clientele in the twenty-something age group. There were some unique flavors to set it apart from chain stores like honey-spiced chai latte and Nitro Nirvana.
Customer service was okay, though, I expected a little more from a new shop looking to make a name for itself. While the girl taking my order was friendly, the barista's negative reaction wasn't. You want to leave a lasting impression to keep people coming back.
My other deduction was for the temperature of my drink. I settled on the recommendation of the gal at the counter, the honey-spiced chai latte. It was lukewarm, at best. Within ten minutes, it was cold. The entire ride home I kept thinking about stopping and finding someone to warm it up.
Price comparison is comparable to chain stores. If I decide to venture a visit there again, I'll edit my review

New to the area, gave them a few tries. I'm not hard to please but both times my order was so poorly put together and I had to ask them to correct it. Even then the effort was zero and I received attitude for politely asking. They don't have baristas is the issue. They have coffee machine button pushers looking down into their iPhones, sitting around and asking for a minimum of 18% tip on their card reader. It's a no from me. Right down the road, less than a mile away is a place called The Coffeesmith that makes a sincere effort, kind people too. Do yourself a favor and drive past this dive to get a decent cup of joe.

I waited 20 minutes to get a coffee this morning. With only 2 cars in front of me. The drive up guy could only take 1 order at a time and the next person he would have to ask to wait. When I got to the window, I paid right away and then the guy stood by the register for a couple minutes and then finally went to go make the coffee. There was also a lady in a long pink sweater that was just standing and leaning against the counter and watching instead of helping. I probably won't be back. That is not good customer service, especially for a new business.
