I love the drinks made here. (Bye for people thinking we put “coconut water” in their drinks...we don’t. We don’t have “coconut water”! Lol! Just coconut milk. There are many types of milk to substitute into your drink so that’s awesome!! 😎🥳

Two of three visits in the last week order has been wrong, one was almost like a wrong order that sat out awhile and I was then given that, it was very watered down and very little ice, and definitely not even the flavor ordered.

I just went to Scooter’s Coffee in Storm Lake, IA. There were two employees working and neither one of them were wearing masks. Serving food and beverages during a pandemic, you should be wearing masks to protect your employees and customers. I will not be going back to Scooter’s in Storm Lake until they mandate masks for employees. I’m disappointed in how irresponsible this company is in their blatant disregard for health and safety.

Espresso tastes like water. If you aren’t going to train your employees to pull espresso shots put in a super automatic for them. Gross
