I visit this Caribou frequently. The workers are always very friendly and efficient. I always look forward to walking though the door knowing the baristas have good suggestions for trying something new. The atmosphere is extremely cozy and perfect for a good study session.

They said my order of 10 bags of coffee and a fresh coffee was over $100 and too big a charge for their system. They then reran my order as 5 bags each. That also would not go through. I switched to a card with $90,000 credit line and it still did not go through. I then had to switch to American Express and split the order in to 5 bags each and it finally went through with the manager doing the transaction. They swear it never went through on my other 2 cards. I will try Starbucks in the future.

Everyone is great... Caribou really does bring the best to serve their customers. I've been coming here for years and seen many workers and managers, they're all fantastic. Oh, and the coffee's good, too.
