Kat's Koolerz

This place has become increasingly popular and rightfully so. They make great espresso drinks - hot and cold. I haven't tried the ice cream offerings so I can't speak to those. The baristas are very friendly - service and customer satisfaction seems a priority and that comes through clearly.

I was looking forward to a fun outing but the impossibly long of being drive through only sucked the joy from the experience. I gave 3 stars because my blended chai was tasty although when I ordered it the young person asked if I wanted it hot or cold (blended means blended with ice)

Katz absolutely hit it out of the park for a Grandpa hosting his Two granddaughters. The ice cream was amazing and the 3 young ladies inside were so helpful with my 5 and 3 year old grand kids. Absolutely a wonderful place to stop in Downtown Shenandoah!!!

I have been hunting for good orange sherbet for a while now. Found this spot and their orange sorbet was perfect. Flavorful, soft, nice and cold.

Super cool spot, here visiting and will definitely be back. Coffee is great. The staff was friendly and otis was in heaven with his pup cup!

Omgosh the sodas with the flavored boba pearls are delicious. Awesome milkshakes too!! Well worth the stop!!
