An absolute must visit. Beth's personality, passion & craft make this shop one in a million. She'll help you find the best cup of coffee tailored to your tastes and teach you how to make it over and over at home. But she's also created a really neat space to hang out and try some unique offerings you won't find anywhere else. For example, I told her to surprise me and she asked me what my favorite childhood memory was... then created an off menu latte with the best steamed milk I've ever experienced flavored with ginger and brown sugar (who would've thought of that?!).

Best of all, this is a family friendly shop. She has all you need to keep the littles engaged while you visit with friends or kits to take home and experiment with STEAM activities on your own.

Beth caters to a wide range of folks and can teach you elements of coffee you never knew existed. No matter how busy it is, you feel like you're the only person in the café. If you visit just one coffee shop in Pella, this is the one to stop by!

Iris Coffee is the BEST! I’ve really enjoyed the different coffees I’ve tried, and I appreciate that Beth, the owner, is so knowledgeable and can teach me about the different flavors of each and every coffee variety. The new lab space is a great opportunity to see how your coffee is roasted and try out whatever Beth is brewing that day. Once you stop by once, you’ll for sure want to come back!

Nice shop to hop into. No frills, just good coffee. Been getting their beans delivered to the house for about six months. Nice to have a physical location to stop by as well. Good coffee. Good people. What else could you ask for?

Iris is AMAMZING!!! The coffee is fresh and you can drink a cup of black coffee without any bitter after taste - it's smooth and perfectly roasted. The flavors are so fun to try and as a local with a subscription they will leave my bag of coffee at my house for FREE. It's perks like that and so much more that make them my new favorite place to buy my coffee.

Absolutely the best, freshest coffee you'll have. The roasts are flavorful but not overpowering. Have tried quite a few and never been disappointed! Spend some time talking to Beth, she knows a lot and will set you up with your new favorite morning brew!

Iris Coffee offers some of the best coffee I’ve had. I have a subscription which allows me to receive fresh roasted coffee every two weeks. It’s easy to get signed up and I love knowing I will get something different each time! The owners are knowledgeable and friendly.

The coffee & the atmosphere at Iris are incredible. If you don’t know what you want, you can always trust their recommendations and unique ideas!

Tucked in the loft of a bicycle shop, Iris coffee makes a great cup of coffee. We were immediately helped and presented with a variety of brewing method and in-house roasted beans.

I had a medium roasted Ethiopian bean brewed via the siphon method and my wife had their special from the last lab session on Saturday. During preparation and enjoyment we were treated to pleasant conversation covering both Iris and coffee in general. As we were leaving they were also firing up their air roaster.

It was an enjoyable and quite unique experience from a the typical coffee shop of today and plan to come back whenever we're in town again.
