The staff is so friendly and personal, always a delightful voice to greet you and they make EVERYTHING fresh!!

I do not understand how this establishment is rated so highly. 99% of the time when I go here, I am waiting at least 15-20 minutes in the drive-thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. If the line were longer, I would understand, but that is an absurd wait time and I have no idea how they're allowing this so happen so frequently. On top of that, their coffee doesn't seem to be made correctly half the time, as it seems like they constantly forget my flavoring that I asked for.

The staff is also incredibly rude and get overwhelmed very quickly. I am sure that you're reading this assuming I am a massive Karen to them when I come in and that is the reason for the attitude, but you'll have to just take my word when I say that is not the case. The main reason I am writing this review is because I reached my boiling point today when I had to wait THIRTY MINUTES in their drive-thru. I had two coffees and two breakfast items, and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. They gave me no compensation for my wait, not that I could wait and try and ask considering I had somewhere to be since I was waiting thirty minutes, and the food wasn't even hot when they handed it over to us. I will never come here again. Be warned about this place - unless you have time to burn, I would advice against it.

Great tiny doughnuts! Love this coffee!

Painfully slow service. We've been several times, always takes at least 30 minutes to get coffee, this morning we reluctantly pulled up at 7:58am with no cars in drive thru. We joked "maybe it will only be 15 minutes now." We hear "one moment" and 4 mintues later I order, "16oz Kona cold brew with oat milk." They proceed to ask the size, if I want room for cream, (which I already said). They did this every time I've been here, they do not listen to orders at all. So we pull up, wait several more minutes, and more, then 10 minutes later she says the machine is down, we can have the coffee free. A coffee we haven't received yet. We hit the 15 minute mark for a COLD BREW coffee, it's literally already made, just pour in a cup and hand it to me. We left without the coffee. And they were fully staffed mind you, I saw 4 or 5 people inside working with only 2 customers in the store. They need some serious management and training, I could not imagine running a business like that. It's a common experience from what I see in the Norwalk Facebook group.

Don't let me go here. If I have my way, I will end up ballooning up to 400 pounds and dying of a heart attack - these little donuts are that good.

Typically I only get the regular "boring" cinnamon sugar minis, but why mess with perfection? They are so good I am practically halfway done with them by the time I leave the parking lot.

These donuts are incredible. Their coffee is good, but unfortunately the donuts overshadow anything else on the menu.

As a first time customer the menu was easy to find what I wanted. The employees were so nice and my coffee and donuts were awesome! Little bit of a wait but worth it! Will visit again.

So happy this location finally opened! Long lines opening weekend, but that just shows how much Norwalk needed a place like this. Their mini donuts are very tasty and the main reason we keep coming back. Staff were very professional and handled the opening weekend rush very well.

I love going into this little place whenever I'm in Norwalk. I love their hot chocolate with peppermint added. I had a grilled cheese panini that was delicious. I have always had great service here.

Just went to get dounts for my family and I. Wait in line for 20 minutes which is to be expected. But then I go to order and am told I can only order 2 dozen due to the line of cars waiting. This is BS, waiting patiently for this long and the not being able to get enough to feed a family of 4 is crazy. Your food is great and employees are friendly, but don't understand.

Wonderful coffee shop. Your cup is filled to the brim with delicious Customer service. The doughnuts are the real star here though! Amazing hidden gem in Norwalk.
