This cozy cafe is a great place to go when visiting Mount Vernon. Delicious food made to order on whole grain breads. The owner is super friendly and wants to help people to eat nutritious, yummy food.

The Mounty sandwich was delicious! The jelly added a nice touch but wasn't too much. Marva is so welcoming and kind! All the employees are fantastic!

Had a wonderful gluten-free grilled cheese sandwich and squash soup ! Enjoyed meeting Marva and learning a bit about what brought her here to Mt. Vernon. Can't wait to try their breakfast offerings and homeopathic medicinals!
