Fantastic little coffee shop! Service is quick and exceptional. The drinks are great, as are the scones. Seriously, get the scones!

The coffee here is the best! I had the Breakfast Club coffee drink and it was excellent! Great place to get work done and meet with friends!

I visited Trading Grounds on 6/5/22 and had a very unpleasant experience. I ordered two drinks and a scone and tried to use a brand new gift card that I received a week before. The gift card did not show a balance, and I explained to the employee that there must be a glitch with the system or there was a problem when it was purchased because it was gifted to me a week prior. An employee became extremely aggressive, belligerent, and was adamant there was no issue with the system or the gift card. I have NEVER seen an employee treat a patron like that before. He offered to give me the drinks for free, only after his aggressive comments to my mom and I. He told us that he was removing himself from the situation and processed to sit down with another customer and complained about us in front of us while we waited for our drinks to be made. We were both in agreement that this was rudest customer service experience experience either of us have ever experienced and neither of us will be returning to Trading Grounds in the future. The other employee was very helpful, but because of his co-worker’s unprofessional behavior, I strongly recommend choosing a different local coffee shop.

Relaxed atmosphere and staff is super sweet. Perfect place for a coffee/study break, my favorites are the golden ticket or the peach ginger tea. Definitely a great place to try out.

This place is a 10 in my book. Mexican roast coffee delivers the flavor I want. My raspberry white chocolate scone is delicious. I look forward to returning

They have a delicious peanut butter frappe and you can have it with or without coffee. We also tried the cell block tango which is a latte mixed with chocolate and white chocolate and it was great as well!

I let them know that my drink was really watery and the worker was very rude despite me telling them I would pay for another drink.
