I had a really bad experience here. There were these two old men sitting at a table across from mine and they were staring at me and my friends and wouldn’t stop. I moved a little then he moved so he could see me, made a creepy smile, told me he was part of the “secret eye” and that he was gonna report me. I had a panic attack and had to go outside, they came out a little after i did and just sat there and stared at me again. I went right back in and we had told the employees there before they left and they did absolutely nothing about it. They acted like they didn’t know where their car was and walked away. They were walking around the farmers market kept coming back over by coffee connection and looking at me and my friends. They got in their truck, parked at H&R Block and walked around the farmers market some more. They eventually left but i still felt super creeped out and shaky. I also ordered a bagel and it took them 35 minutes to get it out to me. I will definitely not be going back here.

I haven't been to the Knoxville square in years so this was my first visit. I was impressed by the menu with its wide selection of both food and drink. I also appreciated that it was clean. For a relatively small town, this was a busy place at 10 am on a Tuesday. There was a line (using social distancing, thank you) but it moved very quickly. I ordered a chai latte that was great. Kids has a smoothie and orange juice. They also ordered a bagel and toast. Service was quick and everything came out hot. Only one minor negative; it was really loud. I had a hard time and hearing our conversation with friends. Linoleum floors+ espresso machines+ full tables of senior citizens having a good time in full voice = noise. But I enjoyed the bustle of a small town coffee shop too. We wont hesitate to stop in again.

You just cannot beat the food/drink quality, the awesome dining environment, and of course the absolutely top notch staff. Best around by far!

My daughter and always like visiting this shop. It's a nice change of pace from the outside world. Very glad they have gluten-free bread and some dairyfree drinks. Very helpful employees.

Good coffee, and friendly service, though it is not fast and some people end up waiting while others are served before them

Great food & coffee! Love how this local place feels like family. All of the employees get to know you, and it makes walking in feel like home. ☕️

Great location on square with a relaxed atmosphere. Bring friends and play some board games, good coffee (try the chai latte) while getting excellent wifi. Menu choices are expansive with average pricing. Food is good and seems homemade (love the cheeseburger chowder.) Always seem to have something new to try on menu. Highly recommend.

Love the lattes. Comfortable, can just relax and visit with friends. Staff is so nice.

Great food, open convenient hours, great coffee and tea! I also love that they always have vegetarian options as well. I love their cranberry pecan bread and toast, but they haven't had it laurel lately. :(
