We ordered and got our food promptly, and then I had to wait over 15 minutes for my northern light latte and had to actually remind them for it. Coffee is boiling but the food was lukewarm, so obviously cold by the time I got my coffee. I dont know how scheduling works or if someone called in, but you definitely need more than 2 people around 730 AM because I am sure I got forgotten due to the lines. Maybe I'll try the one in CR as I dont visit Dubuque often, but I get more food on my bagel and quicker service at Breuggers for less money. Spent over 20 bucks for 2 bacon, egg, and cheese bagels, an OJ, and the coffee. Leaves a little to be desired. 🤷♀️
The coffee was so HOT air really burned my mouth. There was no juice. The answer given to me was I don’t know. I did finally get some. But was almost ready to leave when I finally got a blueberry muffin that I ordered. I asked if there were knives. No we are out. So I asked. Could you cut the bagel. Just not good service. And many people working. But seemed low on supplies.
They have excellent food and a wonderful atmosphere. The employees are very polite and friendly. I love going down there to get coffee and a bagel when I am doing some computer work.
Waited behind 2 cars for 15 minutes this morning. Paid almost $20 for a breakfast sandwich, a bagel and cream cheese, chai tea and a cappuccino. Then when rushing to work realized the cappuccino was just coffee. Will not go back.
I love Einstein Brothers Blueberry bagel with a maple syrup flavored cream cheese shmear. I go to Einstein all the time in Clive, Iowa. . When I visited Dubuque, I learned there was an Einsteins Bagels in the Welcome Center at Loras College. I went there on a Saturday morning for my daily bagel and coffee. I loved it. I highly recommend it. The prices are competitive. The parking is free. It is in the Welcome Center. It is just up West up the hill on Loras Avenue from the Port of Dubuque.
Love.....love Einstein Bagel. I was so excited to see it open in Dabuque. I moved to the area two years ago from the Chicago of which I was a frequent customer at the EB there.

It's ok, quick service. Unfortunately you cannot use your rewards at this location and this is the only Einstein bros in Dubuque now

Bagel sandwiches and bagels and cream cheese and coffee and stuff are all pretty good

Good food, a bit expensive, but the food was good.

Hard to find because it is in a campus building. Typical Einstein's, in a new building.
