Staff was beyond rude. A line started to form on one side of the barrier prior to opening. Staff that were working at the front counter preparing to open never said a word to redirect the line. A second line began to form at the other end of the barrier. At opening time, one of the staff came out and opened the opposite end of the barrier to allow entrance. The people in the original line began questioning why we weren't being helped first when we had been in line way before the other group. The girl that worked there said, oh well, this is where the line starts everyday, like we should just know that. There was no sign indicating where the line starts. If there had been any other food options open at 4:30 a.m. I would've went somewhere else.

They had some very nice vegetarian and we even vegan options. I went for the vegan tomato soup and the vegetarian portobello sandwich.
Both were great!

I have waited 15 minutes and counting for a basic iced coffee. It’s not even busy there was only two ppl in front of me

Quick and friendly service, both employees were pleasant and worked efficiently together, taking and making orders while keeping the sandwiches and coffee bar area stocked. I always look forward to stopping here to grab a drink before a flight.

At DSM this morning. I observed the only employee backed up on tasks, the customers priority over stocking. The lady behind the counter was slow-moving and almost surely in her attitude. I got my coffee and the next customer wanted to buy a banana. The lady stated she had no bananas. The customer pointed to bananas behind her asking to buy one. The lady said they're for smoothies. The customer offered to pay for a smoothie and just take a banana. But she said, "No."

Every other coffee place I have ever been to, the coffee and specialty espresso drinks have tasted proper, but after reading some of the reviews I found out I wasn't the only one who thought the espresso and coffee often times tasted like it was either stale and old, or watered down. I have had to ask literally, not kidding when I am saying this, almost 5 times for a re-make because of the drink quality being so poor, on top of the baristas talking about how it's made proper and that the taste of things die put, yet it is not true because again, every single coffee shop I have ever ordered a drink, regular or espresso, has never tasted like that.

Did not open at 5 am. Had to wait around a bit.

Service wasn’t friendly. I might have trouble with that if I had to start at 5 am too.

Sandwich flavor was good. Not warm all the way through.

Still waiting on the coffee to get to drinkable temperature. Update: coffee is decent.

After the crew stopped discussing what snacks they were out of for 10 minutes, and after a customer pointed out their expired milk, they made my coffee finally. Because they were so detached from making coffee and just interested in griping about their food supplier, they made incorrect drinks for customers in front of me. The coffee I eventually received was mediocre. Two star experience, and service. Get your act together.

Had an early morning flight and the cashier had the worst attitude. She looked half asleep, no "good morning", no "what can I get you today", just could tell she was miserable. Asked for a Americano just tasted like black coffee. There needs to be a different coffee shop at this Airport.
