Great coffee and latte. Food drove the score down for sure.

Fantastic coffee shop! The space is very open, comfortable and inviting. The staff behind the counter were friendly and helpful. Our coffees (Americano and a latte), were excellent. Our kids were super impressed with the heart design on top of the latte.
Hopefully on our next visit we can try some of the food.
The shop in Clinton has been one of my favorite motorcycle destinations, and I'm happy they opened a spot closer to home.
Edit 8/13: adding a fifth star. I've been back several times and have had great experiences every time. The breakfast burrito is awesome and all the baked goods rock.

Amazing food. Came in from out of town and loved it.

Super good coffee. Odd thing, we place our order online and get a "ready" time. But when we go in (after waiting in our car for the time to come) they make it then. I guess it is fresher that way? Anyways, no ding for that as the coffee is delicious and now we know to just go right in and not wait.

This place just does it right. The staff here is amazing. You can tell they all care, and have a passion for their work. The food is great and the coffee is the best in town!
The atmosphere is fun, super trendy and upbeat. But even if the atmosphere isn’t “your thing” this coffee shop still has the best staff and coffee in the QC. Keep it up guys!

The ambiance is pretty awesome and the people behind the counter are so friendly. I don't know much about coffee/lattes except the stuff people buy at gas stations and the guy behind the counter was happy to walk me through the flavors. My mother and I had a panani and the honey cinnamon coffee and, though it is a bit expensive, but pretty comparable price wise to most coffee shops, the food was fresh tasting and the coffee was amazing. I'm super excited to visit again. My ~only~ complaint was the music was a bit loud, but..I'm old. :O

Employees and customer service are always great. Bell rocks. Coffee is always good. I'm not a fan of froo-froo coffee drinks usually, but their honey lavender (I get half sweet) is pretty damn good.
Sandwiches are delicious (brunch is best IMO). When they first opened they were inconsistent and it would sometimes be burnt, but that was cleared up quickly. Not a fan of their burritos but that may just be me.

in response to an earlier reply i have been there both as a customer and a delivery to both locations i even know the owner, I would like to also add that this is every time it is a wait and even longer wait every time i go to utica ridge then it is when i go to w 3rd st i would also like to add everybody is a customer not just the ones that actually come the cafe, so everybody should be treated as such, i feel like every time i go to utica ridge, the delivery driver and the customer who ordered online is last in line when the customer orders online they are being told their order is being prepared then waiting for driver

What an outstanding place! The manager and server worked really hard to find me a drink I would like. Lots of samples and an upbeat environment. Love it I'll be back again and again.
