My husband and I love this Perkins. The food has always been very good and the waitresses are wonderful. McKenzie and Staci are so sweet and so attentive to our wishes. Looking forward to stopping again.

ABSOLUTELY the worst food I’ve ever had and I love Perkins. Zero condiments which being at a hotel is important. Ordered extra cocktail sauce/salad dressing… rec’d none. It was cold and the quality is simply disgusting! Even the pies we HORRIBLE! How can a restaurant known for their pies to be utterly inedible??? Seriously $62 and no one could eat this mess! You all should be ashamed

The waitress was very nice, but the food was subpar. Wondering if the chef is new maybe? We had a large group, so I know we would have to wait a bit for food. However, the food we received had issues. Toast came unbuttered and one person received the wrong bread and it took til we were done eating for the correct toast to come out. Food was plated very messily and one person’s hash browns had fallen off onto the tray. No bad remarks for our waitress, though! She was so nice.

The service was good. We have been guest of theirs off & on now upwards of 40 years when we come up to vacation. Our server Crystal was an excellent server. Very good!

We had a bad experience today. We waited about an hr before our food was served. Other customers, that came in after us, were served before us. Our pancakes were served cold. So cold, the butter wouldn't melt. It took along time to pay the cashier because there wasnt anyone attending the register. Even though the servers were very friendly, the services were very poor. No tips was given.

The good:
-Ordered online via the app, easy.
-Order was accurate and included customizations to dishes/sides.
-Meal was warm and tasted well enough
-Food was ready in a timely manner.
The bad:
-Sign in window said Free Pie Monday. That’s it. There were no other words or additional info besides a picture of a pie.
Because it was Monday I asked about the pie. My request was denied with the statement “We can’t do that for mobile orders.”
That’s it. That’s the only bad thing. Just…add more information to the sign so everyone is on the same page or hand the ppl a slice and send them on their way.
