Cheryl’s Flour Garden Bakery & Coffee Bar is a great spot for a first date! I met my date and we split a large cream cheese glazed cinnamon roll which was big enough to share! I tried a golden(turmeric)chai latte iced from the summer drink menu & it had a great spice flavor. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was incredibly friendly. I would recommend for breakfast or the lunch specials looked great as well. Great place for a first date conversation! Thank you ❤️

Stopped by for a good coffee on our way home to Nebraska. Wow coffee outstanding! Ended up buying two Cinnamon rolls the size of my hand and cookies that are so yummy. They make everything there and fresh that very day. The two ladies working counter where so kind! I don't write review but I am a huge believer of giving praise for good work! They are worth the stop!!!

Loved this place. 1st time there today. Excellent coffee (tried the miel latte (cinnamon & honey) it was so good! And those cinnamon rolls! One. So good and so huge. Best around. Such a cute little coffee shop. Inside and out. Highly recommend.

I am from Chicago and my family went on a camping trip to Cascade IA. My parents were celebrating their 40th Anniversary so I wanted to do something special like a cake. Being in a small town I did not have many options and was a little concerned about what I might end up with. Cheryl's red velvet cake did not disappoint! Wow this cake was delicious and one of the best I have ever had. The cream cheese frosting was to die for and the cake itself was moist and dense which I love! Also, the cake was beautifully decorated with little roses and a heart border. The weekend was a rainy mess and going to Cheryl's was definitely a highlight along with the delicious breakfast and coffee! Thank you

Often go for coffee. Has good bakery choices, lunch specials, also vegetarian choice and gluten free choices.

Amazing food, coffee, and ambiance! I come into Cascade every few months or so to visit family. Every time I come into town, I look forward to going to Cheryl’s for consistently good breakfast and coffee. I highly recommend the Chef’s Choice breakfast sandwich - I ask for it on their honey bread instead of their honey bun, and it is phenomenal. Their scones are also good - I particularly enjoyed a raspberry white chocolate scone they had at one point. I was pleasantly surprised that they had oat milk as a non-dairy milk option since it’s my milk of choice and some coffee places don’t offer it. Haven’t explored their lunch menu yet, but look forward to trying it one day!

Four of us went for lunch. Sandwiches were outstanding; rueben, chicken salad and roast beef. All using their home made bread. Young ladies working the counter were great. I can't recommend this highly enough.

We were passing through Cascade IA and stopped at Cheryl’s for lunch. It was a great experience from the counter help to the food! If you’re ever nearby stop in you won’t be disappointed.

What an amazing small town bakery! Wonderful food and a beautiful place.
