I didnt know it was possible to make such a bad latte. I got an iced latte and when they gave it to me it was warm. On top of that it was so sweet it didnt even taste like coffee. Such a waste of money. And on top of that the staff wasnt helpful.

Definitely not going back to this location. Was our first time trying this location, and our blended frappe's tasted like milk. Wasn't good at all.

Beata the big chain coffee shops. I was in town for the weekend a few weeks ago and came for a peppermint mocha both mornings I was in town. The second morning was so cold, and icy roads, but the hot cup of Java made my 2.5hour ride home much more enjoyable!

I agree with The other people that leave reviews regarding the touchscreen menu! I do not want to use the touchscreen menu and in the past I've still had had to tell them when I wanted an extra shot or flavor added to my drink. And no they don't allow you to walk up to the window and come inside and do your order because I sat at the counter and she said everything's done on the touch screen. Bye!

I recently stopped in to get a peanutbutter protein shake. It tasted nothing like peanutbutter, in fact it tasted just plain odd. It was not good. Ill give the review a three star because I have had the coffe here before and it was decent.

The only way these people know how to take a order is if you sit and touch the same screen as everybody else that's been through there on their kiosk. And even then you still have to verbally tell them if you want extra shots or flavors anyway! Sat at counter without acknowledgment while employees had their back to me.. One even had a conversation with the drive-thru customer while I was waiting.

Do not like using touch screen, my sister asked if we could come to window, we were chastised for not using touch screen. Server didn’t have mask , would not honor $1 off, told us we should come into the store & order if we didn’t want touch screen, isn’t that the idea of drive thru???
By the way, last Thursday I came thru, didn’t use touch screen, & male server was so nice, couldn’t find my txt with $ off, he honored it & wore mask!!!!
Too many other coffee around for this kind of flack . Coffee I would give 5 star, service marginal, I don’t need an attitude because I don’t like to use touch screen, I do know how.

I love being able to grab a protein shake on the fly without having to get my kids out of the car (drive-thru!!). The employees are super friendly and always offer a free treat to my girls in the back seat. Highly recommend!

FmL is by far,( IMO)the best coffee in the QCA..
I highly recommend the Carmel latte with the fresh homemade Whipped Cream <3
