Coffee Hound Bettendorf

I like their coffee. It's s very cozy place (not in size, since it has plenty of room),a beautiful and a friendly atmosphere.
Would like to see more on their menu and food items. But overall, I like to go there and get my coffee, whenever I get the chance to.
The crowd there are a mix of college students, and families.

One of my favorite coffee shops! Great drinks. Always friendly staff - and remembers my regular order! Never had a bad experience.

The barista was super awesome with my indecision of such a unique menu and helped me discover a peanut butter pup latte which... Gotta say... Never had peanut butter in a hot drink befote but it is great. There is a great atmosphere and excellent lighting for chatting or studying or working. Would recommend!

First time visit today, go to get out of car taking drink out of cup holder coffee explodes all over place. Get some better cups or train better on lid science. $4 on floor of car. Only up side car has espresso air freshener now as it is all over the car.

This is for the Bettendorf library location. Upon arriving the boy working the counter was talking on the phone with his girlfriend so I went to put my bag on a table and the table was extremely sticky and dirty. I understand if you're busy and may not be able to clean the table right away but the boy was talking on the phone and the store was nearly empty. I walked to the counter and he continued to talk for almost a minute before putting the phone down. I ordered my drink and before he started to make my drink he began to text on his phone for another minute and then went to clean a table. Another customer came in and he made her drink immediately, he hadn't even started my drink which I had ordered first. I would understand since her drink may have taken less time than mine but he had been texting on his phone after I had ordered mine. He left the rag and spray on a table from earlier so I ended up cleaning the table myself. Got the frosted coffee, not bad but I don't see myself coming back because from my experience most coffee hound locations don't have good customer service.

Loved the décor and seating. Very nice place to hang. My wife loved the cappuccino with almond milk and my caramel latte wasn't bad either. Kids were big fans of the dog theme.

I love this coffe the place from inside so beautiful even it looks tiny from outside ..I tried latte hazelnut it was so tasty I'll be coming back for more..

I had never been here before. A freind of mine got me a bag of coffee for Christmas from here and it was a flavor I dont care for. So my wife went here and ask if it would be possible to exchange for a different flavor . They were so rude to her about it. Questioning her. She said you could tell in there voice they didnt wanna do it. And they said yeah but you can pick from what's on the shelf witch was full beams did not offer to grind it up or anything for her. I was always considering going there but after this I'll never buy coffee there and will never recommend this place. First impression mean everything sometimes in this case it just lost them customers. Very disappointed. If they didnt wanna do it all they had to do was say no exchanges and that would have been fine. Being rude about it does not solve it. Honestly I'd rather they said no then treat her like this.
