Cafe Milo

If there were were 6 stars I would give it. it has a nice local homemade feel. The baked goods were clearly fresh and delicious and made from scratch and they know their way around the coffee machines. Anything extra you ask for they are so nice with helping!! Highly recommended!!

The serenity tea is amazing! Nice cafe with lots of space to work and relax. I liked that you didn’t have to have WiFi password and could just connect. Plentiful free parking, reasonable vegetarian options.

Clean and always great service and great coffee! They have delicious teas and food as well. Their caesar salad is always fresh and the Turkey pesto caprese is amazing! Cafe Milo is a great place to catch up with friends, read, study or just go relax and enjoy some coffee.

Good service, good cold brew, good internet. Mostly quiet atmosphere great for studying. The espresso and brew is super burnt, though -- completely undrinkable unless it's covered with milk or something.

Great little cafe. Lots of armchairs or tables to choose from. I've been here a few times and had their scones, which were good, and recently the iced chai latte has been my drink of choice. Mmm...super yummy. Their hours in the summer are a bit short, as my book club usually picks a coffee shop that's open until 9pm, and they close at 8pm in the summer. So that is a bummer.

Good atmosphere, love to do work on my laptop here. The regular coffee is decent, and the specialty drinks are great. Food isn't what brings me in but it's OK. Food service type of food.

This was one of the first places we went to after moving to Oost tempted by the 2-for-1 cocktails on Wednesday nights, and it turned out to be the best! The drinks are delicious, the staff friendly and willing to go the extra mile, oh and the food is just amazing! I keep having different dishes every time I go and have yet to be disappointed.

If you want to be delighted for a very reasonable price, I can't recommend this place enough!

This used to be a great place a few years ago, but have to say besides the chai latte I was very disappointed with the food quality.

It's a great little cafe for West Ames. It has all the the little decorations and touches you'd expect from a non-chain store, and plenty of lighting seating for all. I've heard the coffee is pretty good too, although overpriced as always.
