Einstein Bros. Bagels

Placed my order online ahead in app, got there in the time frame they asked me to and my drinks were there so I waited 20 mins for the rest of my order. Nothing, so I asked about my order and since it was busy I figured they were trying to catch up, I saw other online orders being filled, the lady said it was there and was going to be made soon. 40 mins later, larger families came in with orders larger than mine and ordered at the window, they got their order before me. I asked again after that and they said my order was made and taken. I just don’t understand how that wasn’t figured out when I asked the first time. So waiting an hour for food in a crowded cramped small lobby, I finally got my food which I get it wasn’t their fault that someone stole it, however it’s already upsetting they asked for proof, and did not offer any free food or anything for the time I spent waiting so long, like why would I wait an hour watching people get food and get to eat and watch them work if I wasn’t waiting for food myself. Seems like the whole situation was irritating when it was brought to their attention twice. Tbh I put it in the hands of what seemed like the manager, she seemed to be in charge of it all and still doesn’t understand customer service comes first? I been in the industry years. If she doesn’t understand, she should find a new job.

Closes too early but the bagels are one of a kind.

First time customer. Ordered online and more than half of my order (burrito combo pack) was unavailable. So my options are to cancel the whole order or wait for it to get here so my wife can eat something sooner than later. I decided to wait for the other half of my order but this is the part you don't consider Einstein brother bagel. I will get my refund for the burritos but will I get my refund on the extra tip I've given my driver or something in return for the fact that your website has kept two people at my house hungry this morning? Probably not. Will not order again. Mom and pop companies need to rework their agreements with door dash to update heir menus more frequently. How often things like this happen is awful and now my money is tied up I won't be receiving my food and I'm frustrated as I can possibly be at 8:30 am.

Awesome bagels, great atmosphere, and very good coffee! I tried topping a bagel with salmon, it was a great decision. I'm especially partial towards the pumpernickel bagels, they're so filling that one can pass for a meal sometimes! I encourage anybody with time on monday mornings to grab some bagels, because it's $7 for 13. Good prices, great bagels!

I wanted to try their Farmhouse breakfast bagel but wanted to change the shmear to chive & onion. I wasn't able to make the customisation via their app so called into the store and tried to place the order that way, however, they don't take orders via the phone. So we asked them to make note of this change and placed the order via the app.

The Farmhouse bagel was super yummy! It's a fully loaded breakfast sandwich but totally worth it. I would recommend the chive and onion shmear - it's so good. Ordering via the app is pretty seamless.

Will be going back!

It's busy but they do well with keeping up. The interior is clean, it could use a fresh coat of paint but overall it's nice. Prices are ok, and the staff was working hard. The location is nice it's not out of your way or right in the way. The food was good and the coffee rivaled other places.

The bagel was good but I ordered double toasted and it was not even toasted once.

It is 4.5 for me. Tastes good but I preferred sitting. It seemed to be not so easy for dining. I tried farm hous filling and good cheese taste

The iced coffee is by far the best on campus. The prices are mid-range but if you are looking for a pick-me-up and need a bagel and coffee it is fairly cheap. I've tried some of the sandwiches and haven't found one that stands out. They do have vegetarian options which is a plus.

I ordered a toasted bagel with butter and waiting about 10 minutes when I usually wait about 3 minutes. Turns out my bagel was sitting on the counter for 10 minutes while workers walked past and didn’t even let me know that my food was ready. An older gentleman working there even used the bathroom while my food sat on the counter. I would’ve grabbed it myself but I wasn’t aware anything was there due to where I was sitting. So I attempted to eat my bagel with butter cold. Clearly the workers don’t care. Sad.
