The coffee is great and baristas are super friendly and create a comfortable environment.

I was excited to try this place out as I heard they were good on Facebook but unfortunately was a bummer. The lady and man working behind the counter were rude and completely ignored us. We stood there for awhile before they took our order and they said nothing the whole time. They were busy chatting with a group at the end of the counter. I asked question and didn’t get a response, it’s like we weren’t even their. The coffee was average, not bad but not good either. The desert was dry and kinda old. So overall between the rude workers and bland food will not be going back.

Great local coffee shop. Industrial/Modern decor with nice local artist paintings hanging on the walls.

I had never been to Wire and Steam before and then my sister got me a gift card to the place. I tried it out and am stunned that with a coffee shop selling the amazing drinks that this place does, how is anyone else still in business!!!!! I tried a mocha frappe with a hint of raspberry and. . . . Wow! It was spot on! The smoothness, the flavor, the presentation, everything was perfect! I highly recommend this place!

Best coffee shop. We travel from Columbia City to go here. Very knowledgeable staff REAL DRINKS like european/Italian style not Starbucks. Even have bubble tea. Recommend to everyone. Very personable staff and they stock dominoes and art which is nice. Did I mention affordable prices.. yeah I love this place.

I always go in and order the same thing every time. All of the staff are very kind and patient with customers and are very quick with drinks. :)

Wire and Steam is my favorite place to go. The atmosphere is so warm and inviting, and the staff is absolutely amazing. I've taken people who aren't quite sure what they want, and the staff will ask questions about likes in order to make the perfect drink. Every day, my daughter wants to go to "our coffee shop" because as she says, "Everyone is so nice, and it's like impossible for them to make anything that doesn't taste good."

Not really worth it. For me unfortunately. Just a regular coffee didn't taste so well and it was like $3. Nice place inside tho and I believe free wifi.

Customer service is always amazing, very friendly people. I work out at the gym Workout Anytime so one day I decided to go give this coffee shop a try. My boyfriend and I are hooked on the Frosted Cupcake latte. We always add caramel but I've tried other drinks too and they are all amazing! I think this place is better than Starbucks and as long as its around this is the coffee shop I will be going to.
