I have worked with youth total of 37 years. The job is at times difficult. I am at whites because I love Jesus and I want to make a difference in a child's life. Working at whites is like working any where else you have your good and bad. I believe most people are there to help the kids. We have a lot of good staff that have been here for years. My husband works at White's to.

If there was a button for less than Poor-Fair I would have chosen it. I was employed there and the management is terrible! They spread lies about employees, the management listens to no one, and the place is run terribly! Do not Work here, you will get screwed over time and time again. The worst experience I have ever had working, Yet i loved the kids. The kids there were the only reason I stayed as long as i did. So If you are considering working here, for your own good, look elsewhere!

I highly recommend stopping for a coffee, buying some gifts and plants here!! Crazy cute shop! Plus, the have a program called Growing Teens for Life that offers job skills to the teens at White's. Check it out!

Cafe prices are very reasonable, and the coffee and food is good. Not fast food, so prepare to wait, it can be very busy at times.

I was there for a yr or so as a resident. That place helped in many ways. The down fall of being a child and resident there was the favortism. I can't begin to count how often I tried to do my best and even make sure I did everything right and I never made the point board. I was never included in most things. I'm not just saying this but make SURE your children are treated fairly.

I was a student at this facility many years ago, and I am grateful for actually being there, and have alot of memories of the year I spent there. I was a resident of division 6, with Terry and Nancy Hyden being the house parents, and Mr. Riggle and Mr. Brown being theremy sub house parents. Was an amazing place and learned a great deal as well. Thank you to everyone who works for this facility, has ever worked for this facility, or may one day work here, for you guys all change lives every single day.

This cafe is adorable! I didn't visit the garden center but I would like to in the future. The food was tasty, and the coffee was very good. Would reccomend as a cute little lunch spot!
