Meadows Cafe'

Went to college in Terre Haute for 4 years and went back for an alumni thing and after 7 hours of a meeting, I wanted to try something new and I found this place and I'm glad I did. Food was awesome, the service was great and the owner (cannot remember her name) stopped by and asked how everything was. I will be back next time I'm in Terre Haute!!

In my opinion is one of the best cafes in Terre Haute. It is a little pricey for this style of dining but well worth it. I would say that over 80% of everything served is handmade and none of that canned stuff. I personally recomend the 3rd shift burger with a side of homemade broccoli cheddar soup. And yes they serve breakfast all day.

First time being there food was excellent and service great, highly recommend this place. My wife and I will be back and check out the daily special during week.

Fast and friendly service. Nice, neat, and clean. They also have the best well done eggs I’ve ever had. We will absolutely be back!

We stopped to try this new restaurant for lunch the other day. Good home cooked food and plenty of it. Staff were friendly and engaging and really made lunch fun. Definitely will be back.

We have eaten there 3times already! So far everything has been sooooo good! They have been busy and a little hectic but we get good service and yes they DO have the GOOD ice! Love having something new on the east side😍

Looking for Great food, wonderful service, and delicious deserts? This is the place to go! We have always gotten fast, friendly service from the staff and the food and deserts are always delicious! (Best peanut butter pie around)

There are some salty people in this review section. I can pin point them out as the ones who more than likely just salty about the community they live in rather than a true bad experience they have received. What do I mean? Well, let's take a close look at this "Allison Wood" here. Notice how she complains about the restaurant's food being nasty "just like every other Terre Haute place" ? It's obvious by that statement alone, that she is just another salty loser who hates Terre Haute and blames the community for everything wrong with her life. What's that? You think I am defending Terre Haute against this lady? Just to let you in on a little secret, I live in Kansas. I am writing this review against that lady because there are plenty like her in almost every community out there, especially mine. So, it's easy to spot these types of people within a blink of an eye. I left a five star rating here in place of that low rating the salty lady left, as I am sure this is a good restaurant by the other good reviews I see about it.

Locally owned, they have a great menu! Food is always out fast at lunch, so I can get back to work on time.
