This is literally my favorite place to come. The people are always nice and the food and drinks are always so good. My go to is the veggie on 8 grain <3

This place is an asset to the South bend community! They never try to upsell me on auto parts either. They are honest and fair. They have a very nice cafe you can eat at while your waiting on your car. Also a nice car wash. Very friendly staff!!!! 6 stars!!!

I love Tom's Care Care!!! I recommend always going there for oil changes, car wash and food. The employees are always super friendly and efficient.

The ham, egg and cheese croissant sandwiches are the best I've ever eaten. I would prefer not to review this place so it can remain my own hidden gem. The candied orange iced mocha is an incredible coffee experience and the prices are unbeatable for excellent food and a great cup of coffee.

Did the Lube-a-thon and spent $45 on oil change, lunch and a car wash. You can't beat that! I would love to know how much just the oil change without this location having this event, as their service was GREAT!

Never rely on them for private jet catering.
My company requested a quote for private jet catering. First of all, it took us days to receive a response. Even then, it's only because I called them repeatedly asking for it. Then, when they did reply, they informed us that they don't deliver on Sundays... which, how are you even in the industry if you don't deliver on Sundays? Then, when we presented the quote to our passengers, and they approved the order, we reached back out to the Coffee Spot Team for confirmation and they said they would send confirmation shortly for delivery the night before. Then someone came back and said "We cannot confirm due to staff and food shortages. Take care!" I'm sorry, what? We requested a Fruit Platter and a Veggie Platter. Last I checked, South Bend is not running out of Fruit and Vegetables. Garbage operation. Then they had the nerve to tell us "We apologize for the inconvenience and hope you will consider us in the future." Seriously? You just screwed us over and really think you'll get another chance? No, this is what you get. A negative review.

My grilled Reuben sandwich was out of this world. Nothing like it in the entire state of IL ❤️

The employees are very indifferent toward costumer. I don't want to think it is because I am a Hispanic customer. The two ladies at the front very disinterested, not even a “good morning” point out the menu., etc
Do not forget that thanks people like me your business is running.
I will never back.
The food, just a OK, nothing amazing.
