Very quickly made it through the line and was met by a smiling employee who served it quick was in and out in about 5-7 minutes

I visited the Sellersbyrg location today (Wednesdsy morning). Very nice, comfortable place. Modern industrial decor & very clean.
I would have given this place 5 stars:
#1 Had it not been sooo cold in there. The garage door was open when it was 55° outside & the staff seemed oblivious to customer's'discomfort.
#2 The barista hadn't put her fingers in my cup (twice).
I definitely reccomend this place & will give it another try when it's warmer.

The baristas here were very friendly and happy to help, easily explaining different drinks and suggesting ones they thought I would like. I went with a sausage and pepper jack quiche and a Polar Bear hot latte. The quiche was filled with melted pepper jack cheese and chunks of delicious sausage, and the flaky crust was a perfect compliment to the eggs. The Polar Bear latte was exceptional, better than Starbucks or Dunkin', even.

Sometimes wait is longer than I like but coffee is great and service is always friendly

Stopped at their new location on our way to Louisville after seeing their billboard on the interstate. Excellent service and product. Very impressed with their baristas, they make the other big coffee chain look really bad. Nothing against the people that work at the other place, but most of their work is done by their machines, and the art is missing. The coffee quality here was much better as well, and they actually made my latte how a latte should be made, with no unexpected additions. We'll be back for sure!

Super service, very clean, the staff is kind and even remembers my order. I wish all businesses were like this. Keep up the great work!!

My husband and I were so excited to find this coffee shop!! The atmosphere was so relaxed and the coffee was so good!!! I got their Moose, and it didn't last but 5 minutes 💙💙 Definitely one of our new favorite stops when traveling back to Tennessee now

Great high quality drinks. Better than national chains. Menu was a little tough to understand as a non-local.

I don’t want to give this place a bad review because all the workers are so sweet and lovely, but I’m really bummed because the past few times I’ve gotten my coffee, it’s been made with regular milk instead of almond milk. I’m severely lactose intolerant, so it always gives me a horrible stomachache the rest of the day. I truly love this place, so I didn’t want to give them anything less than 4 stars, but hope that this can be remedied. :(
